Goliath Gloves or CM

Featured Replies

So yeah,

I finally got 99 Slayer, and I need pretty many crimsons more to be able to get my summoning to 96/99, so I'll have to camp wfs. But I'm wondering if it is worth to get those Goliath gloves, or should I just use my chaotic maul.

Talking about wfs camp, what gear is preferrable? I'm atm using Slay helm, fury, black d'hide body/chaps, barrows gloves, cm, red (sw) cape, dboots and row. I also use extr att/str.

And also, what creatures should I create? I'm atm 33k off 77 summ. I already have 8,7k crims in bank,1,4k greens and around 1,45k blues. Or should I simplu use this tool: http://users.telenet.be/glodenox/Charms/CharmPattern.html

Thanks in advance :)

Basically use the highest lvl familiar you can make unless they're retardedly expensive compared to neighbouring pouches. Charmpattern is great.

I like the speed of Goliaths, but CM definitely hits higher :P TBH your're better off trying both and finding your preference. As for gear I generally wear Royal D'hide. Stead/Dragon boots, Slayer helm or Neitz, Fury, D def. As for familiar I use Unicorn. ;)

Good luck!

Use charm pattern for and a little common sense (I.e. grimys spreadsheets for gp/xp figures) to choose what to level on.

Id say camp AC waterfiends with the maul. Goliath gloves are a little better in the AC and definitively better in the CT (spec hits more than one fiend) but if you haven't unlocked them it may not be worth the time.

For gear go with elite void melee and max str.

They have similar dps. Just use the maul if you're going AC, get Goliaths if you're going CTs.

You could also use both.

Ditch the ROW and get a zerker ring. Goliaths all the way.

Working on max and completionist capes.

Also consider if you value swift gloves and dreadnips as you'll pick those up along with goliaths when you unlock them.

I'll tell you now that Swift gloves are amazing. They're actually worth the time it takes to get them.

Apparently when combined with dragonbane bolts you can get the highest kph at Frosts, beating out melee by ~15-20 additional kills.
