I have no experience whatsoever with GWD; I've never even entered GWD. I was wondering what I needed to do first. I have questions like:what preparations do I need to make?what do I have to do to actually get to Nex?what armor do I need to wear?what combat skills do I need?what happens when I get there?will the mini-bosses that guard her attack mewhat do I do when I eventually reach Nex?how do I not die?etc. Basically any advice would be greatly appreciated. You also need to buy a set of Ancient Ceremonial robes.what do I have to do to actually get to Nex? --- Use the frozen key on the door to the south and run through the room full of monsters to get to the room with the bank right before Nex.what armor do I need to wear? --- You should wear the best armor you have on your way through room with the Zaros monsters. (bring Ancient Ceremonial robes to switch to once you get to the door)what combat skills do I need? --- Enough to survive running through the Zaros monsters.what happens when I get there? --- You walk in and chuck a dart at Nex.will the mini-bosses that guard her attack me --- No.what do I do when I eventually reach Nex? --- Chuck the dart at her.how do I not die? --- You keep your LP above 0 when trying to get through the room with the Zaros monsters. chenw Posted November 30, 2012 Share Posted November 30, 2012 Also note that if you spam click on Nex when she spawns (she only initially spawns when there is someone in the room with her), eventually you will throw a dart at her before she even attacks, so you will not take any damage whatsoever, though bring some food just in case. Stay a few steps away to avoid her wrath. You will need this: http://runescape.wik...wiki/Frozen_key to get into the ancient prison. Details on how to get it are in the article.Buy ceremonial so you don't have to get kill count in the ancient prison. Just bring your 4 darts and a BoB in case you get a large unnoted drop, and a couple sharks in case you can't step out of the way of her Wraith in time. Spam click nex when she spawns and you'll kill her before she'll get a chance to attack you. Rinse, repeat 4 times. Hexiled Razz. Player since March 8th, 2005.
