No.The staff does not allow you to cast a spell on a different book, it simply holds all the runes for a specific spell making it available to cast when on that book. January 12, 201313 yr I find that when I'm slaying and NOT using Ancients, that it GRS is useful (re: saves 2 inventory spots) for Remote Farm. Apart from that, I believe most rewards to be fairly subpar. January 13, 201313 yr If you have the points to spare you might want to get a Greater Runic Staff for the looks, and maybe a massive pouch if you craft actual runes. Otherwise nothing is worth getting. As the size of an explosion increases, the number of social situations it is incapabale of solving approaches zero. Ensure you are not a social situation.
