jayc3399
I was wondering if anything has been done to determine the value of these in the EOC, I know overloads are considered worth it as is turmoil, but how much do your base stats effect dmg output? karnsy81
I have heard that it is significantly less that pre-eoc. I have no info to back it up, but it seems to me that it isn't the level that helps you, it's the tier of weapons you have access too. Just my opinion and thoughts. Would like to hear the facts here as well.

Quyneax
80-99 strength gives you +19 damage to add to a total of 1000-2000. So yeah. In addition your overload boost would be a little higher and that might be good, but not much else. Saradomin_Mage
Each level boosted above your base level is worth 7 times as much, so at 100/99 strength your max hit with fists would be 100+7. This works for ranged and strength, and I assume it works similarly for attack and accuracy. Note that boosted magic levels don't seem to affect your ability damage. 2 In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers. You need a much stronger potion to boost 5 levels than 1 level.

But it's not just adding 10 10 times, one of those 10 is from a potion and they boost damage differently now.
