As bad as it sounds, I know I will laugh hard if someone does that and actually kills someone, then see your typical soccer mom going all "ban pvc tubes! ban ballons! ban nails! muh children! muh feelings!", and then see the building, clown and child entertaiment business jumping on our bandwagon haha.
