It's also possible that it was a glitch of some kind. I used to talk regularly to that player and I'm fairly positive that player did not get rolled back. It used to be a skiller and only started training combat fairly recently, as you can see on RuneTrack. Said player did not log in for some time now so I haven't been able to ask what was up with the avatar. Glad to hear the 80 magic requirement is still in place though.
