woopidoo2
Great stuff, Falador has been renewd with white stones. :o and they keepon getting the landscape better, introduce new skills, and such. but i think they need to stop the ''Spoiling'' of RS, and need to work on downloading speed, the lagging, the lost connection problem, the ''Please Waits'', the loading of landscapes while ur walking, you know. that way, more people will play it, with more members as result. Potter_Pkr
lol, i was amazed at how different falador looked. I also like the new guards that have a crossbow or longbow by the east bank. Bubsa
I'm amazed that a game like Runescape is capable to be played at 56K on Windows 98. I don't think they should address performance issues as there's hardly anything they can improve on. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you. DaFiremaster
I like all but one thing that they did to Falador. There was a door in the back of the building around the mining guild that you could go through instead of walking around the building. They took out the door, now you have to walk around which adds like 15 seconds per trip. It's only a small inconvenience, so I don't mind too much, but I would have prefered they kept the door. SDK
I think that in general the improvements were good. However, I think that they may have gone a bit overboard with some things e.g. white buildings... soo many logs at village etc. I like the redesign of the walk from fally to barb vill and the big gates on fally. Whats wrong with white buildings in Falador, its owned by the White Knights, notice i said WHITE knights, not green or poo yellow (yes poo is yellow sometimes)

theghost14
Lag mostly happens when you have other programs running such as msn and aim or some other browsers while ur player.i run Runescape Msn Aim And a few extra browsers like reading this while walking to varrock. That can cause lag for some people but not me

Agreed, though the rest of the updates kinda make up for it. Besides which, 9/10 times I used that door, all three were closed, which meant I had to open them and that ate up whatever time I saved by going through the doors. I'm amazed that a game like Runescape is capable to be played at 56K on Windows 98. That's what I'm playing on now. RS used to lag hard for me until I upgraded my graphic card (of all things). Now I only get lag when ads load (or I'm doing other things like forums). --Darg-- Part of the Star Traks network. (^^Clicky!) Irony: An amnesiac rediscovering they have an eidetic memory. tintmangbpack
What I would like to see is more graphical and bug updates then expansion updates. Improvments on things already existing in the game then adding things that will need improvment later. Basically I would rather them not have a weekly update, that adds a new quest or something. But more of a monthly update that will maybe add a quest and/or a addition to an existing skill. But since they don't have to worry about constant updates, they can make the quest very well thought out and worthwhile. Instead of a bunch of stupid ones, like rat catchers or hand in the sand. Your true character is what you are like when you believe there are no repercussions.
