The idea of these shootings happening is just sick and needs to stop, and I assure you I would feel the same regardless of the race, ethnicity, religion, etc. etc. of the victim(s)/shooter(s). The affair was over a parking ticket (and not pre-planned) and by all accounts the perpetrator was known for his gun toting ways. Though maybe that's a distortion in the British press.
