Someone please give me an efficient strategy of fighthing these guys, I seem to be way off, also if anyone knew any online drop loggers that actually work it would be great? :)

Some notable tips from the Wiki:

• Devotion can be used to temporarily lower their max hit to 1.
• Debilitate can be used to cut damage in half temporarily.
• You can use a Staff of Light to cut their damage in half for a minute, but you must keep it equipped.
• To avoid one of their more damaging special attacks, hide behind one of the rocks in the room. There is also a flame portal attack that can hit for 400-600 typeless damage but that seems more manageable.

But maybe you already knew all that, just trying to help :).

 

For a drop logger, how does this look? Seems useful to me, just select Kal'gerion demons and then 'focus' or 'pop out' and it can track some drops for you. I'm not sure if you're looking for one with every last drop but it does seem to have a selection of more valuable ones. I don't see much else that comes up in search hits at least.

Click on the 'Logger' tab, then click on the images in the list at right as you receive said drops. I mean I just clicked around and it seemed to be work, but you have to input it manually.

This setup lets you last forever

 

t90 magic weapon

t70 or above power gear

blood neck of some type.

 

Use ice nihil as familiar.

 

Now that the pull no longer stuns you its not worth trying to dodge any of the special attacks, just let the stomp hit you/let it drag you and continue attacking.

Ehh... You might still struggle a bit with just t80 mage. I have never done them without t90....

 

The nihil increases your accuracy and it can lower their defense iirc.

If you don't have t90/85, use a chaotic staff over virtus. make use of the sonic wave ability by placing your more damaging abilities after it to increase their chance of hitting.

I tend to find I get better kph with Drygores than I do Chaotic Staff, usually an extra 2 per overload dose so it's only minor but I guess it adds up.

 

If you have spare loyalty points lying around you could consider getting the Master knock-out aura, it increases your accuracy by 30% on opponents with less than 15% LP.

add in dominion tower gloves just for the fun of almost never missing

 

and make sure you keep an eye on nihls hp as well, kals like going after them.

I see your point and I'm sorry that it wasn't that helpful. I'm sure Juhaa would appreciate some tips from an accomplished PvMer like yourself if you wouldn't mind commenting further, though :).
