neogeo0823
ok i got past stage 4 and am now stuck on stage 8. i would like to say that the hint about number 4 could only work here on earth, not in space or on another planet... <_< >_> any other hints for 8? ive tried pretty much all i could come up with for the answer. i know its 15 numbers, but i must be getting the wrong numbers. i can only think of 3 ways to get those numbers, though. anyone wanna post another hint? I couldn't care less if he was Andrew Gower himself, I just don't like arrogant smegheads. *in the voice of the comic book guy from the simpsons* best. quote. Goobore
...any other hints for 8? ive tried pretty much all i could come up with for the answer. i know its 15 numbers, but i must be getting the wrong numbers. i can only think of 3 ways to get those numbers, though. anyone wanna post another hint? For #8, it's a code translation puzzle. It's easy if you have ever had any low level programming experience.
Guest Nezikchened
Ok, so hints for stages : #1 : the hint tells what to do with the answer that is standing right there. #2 : add white to the color you see and you get ? #3 : where have you seen the colors? It is missing one thing. #4 : not in space, only in earth. 6 letters.
Goobore
...i would like to say that the hint about number 4 could only work here on earth, not in space or on another planet.... Actually it's worse than that. The "correct" answer is only about 20% scientifically accurate.
Goobore
#3 : where have you seen the colors? It is missing one thing.... Actually, there are 5 possible correct answers to #3. The author only accepts one of them.

Goobore
well i thought it might be binary, so i went and translated all the black and white spaces into binary, then to decimal and Correct so far... ..am i using the wrong language or am i almost there? You are almost there. the answer is still 15 numbers, right? No ...are all the numbers one digit? No This is a translation puzzle. First, from an image into binary Second, from binary into decimal. Third, from decimal into ... To say any more would be to give it away.

Ssjvegito636
Actually, the real way to answer number 4 is editing the image in some way, shape, or form.
Kewl_Sabre
Ok, I finally got #4 after about two days. Anything that requires repasting into PHOTOSHOP I find somewhat irritating... Now, I'm on to six. I don't suppose anyone has a good hint for this one?
Hobgoblin11
Actually, the real way to answer number 4 is editing the image in some way, shape, or form. No it's not, it has nothing to do with that! It is lateral thinking. Number 5 would require photoshop, but only if you completely dense that you didn't know what you need to know (difficult to put across without giving the answer away!) 99/99 Fletching, 99/99 Cooking, 96/99 Strength

Goobore
Clues given so far in this thread are: Stage 1: The correct url is actually given on the page Stage 2: The precise color of the box (1 of 2 spellings is needed) Stage 3: The missing color (1 of 5 colors is needed) Stage 4: A killing device is shown. What is always the cause of brain death? Stage 5: The color that is missing (know your technology) Stage 6: Stage 7: What is it? Stage 8: A double translation is required. You must magnify the image.
