If you finish the quest there is one more pair that is better than the dragon ones and costs the same. Dont waste your money on the dragon ones. I thought you could get the gloves as soon as you finish the entire quest and all the subquests... To finish it, you only need about 105 (or however many it is to start legend's). Shaunri33 Posted March 17, 2006 Share Posted March 17, 2006 I think you can get 122 str bonus with whip using the following armours: Berserker Helm Berserker Ring Fire Cape Strength Ammy Climbing Boots Barrow Gloves Obsidian Shield I checked on the tip it max hit and thats what u get for strength bonus is 122, unless tip it's max hit calculator is wrong. If they are the same stats, only with different prices, I'll probably spurge on the dragon gloves, only because they would go better with my zammy armor. They have the same value in-game wise, but the weapon spot is 'scanned' before the gloves spot, so the whip is always protected above the gloves, unless you are wielding the whip, and have gloves in your inventory; as the inventory is always scanned before your wielded items.
