What is the highest lvl ever in Runescape for any skills or combat in the free world? :?

i geuss its about 123 or 124 becuz prayer is hard to train if you wont waste 400mil gp...

Not sue for skills,might be Mendark or the other guy the person above me listen.As for combat I beleive its franzk who had 125 combat on pure f2p.

The higher combat lvl you can go is 126. Jagex explains that in the Knowledge Base.

Don't bother trying, I mean, the best bone gives 15 exp on F2P. Members can get upwards of 500 prayer exp on a single bone. 99 in one skill, maybe, but in 6?

yeah, it'd probably take you a year or two of hardcore gaming just to max out all non member skills, if you have all the money that is... You'd also require hundreds of millions of gp unless you wanna chop all the firewood yourself for fire making, fish all the seafood you need for cooking, kill all the npcs for their bones...etc. So, not to dicourage you or anything, just remember to consider all the factors before aiming for a goal like this.

I'm kinda old to this game, but I never before heard the terms : f2p or p2p. What do they mean?

p2p=pay to play (members)

 

f2p= free to play (non-members)

I know what it'll take. Don't worry I have the plan all set out in my head. I don't really care if it takes me until I'm 25. But I'll be really busy then too with a job and that, but I'll find time. :)

Mendark 9 is not the #1 F2Per. I'm adamant there is an F2per with literally 99 everything. Mendark is 80 prayer and 94 crafting.

Syzygy has been at 89 prayer since the dawn of time, don't hold your breathe on him reaching 125 anytime soon. I was told he doesn't buy bones, so that would explain the slow xp gain.
