Snake slava was suspected of autoing a LOT back on these very forums in the days of rsc...and he was banned for autoing. To me he doesn't really count.

 

 

 

It's funny how people that were held in such low regard in these very same forums in rsc are praised now. I remember A S H L E Y was not liked well here at all...She was downright deceiving...She had a pker (her main) that was low def, and she had a dueler with the name the same except one space. The pker and dueler were the same combat level, so she'd trick people into staking a lot thinking they were dueling her low def pker, then she'd duel them with the high def char and win...That's deceiving for her own gain...Plus it was heavily suspected she used an autocatcher in wild (not that most of you will know what an autocatcher would do or how much it'd help).

Seeing as there are 71 people with 99 prayer than I would say there are around 60 of them as well. Because not all of the 99 prayer characters have 99 in Range, Magic, Att, Str & Def.

 

 

 

Also on a side note do you have to have 99's in all of those skills to get cmbt 126. I think I heard once that you could have a couple 97's in Range, Mage or Prayer and still have 126 cmbt? Is it true? :?

I remember [Caution: Jagex Rule Violation] - which was as far as i know the first modified client for rs (there were macros before and after) then there was the [Caution: Jagex Rule Violation] ban then there was autorune then they banned for that then there was SCAR which was a macro and because of SCAR they added fatigue&beds, which later became sleeping with words you had to type to wake up (which ruined the game as much as random events ruin it today), then they had another autorune & subsequent mass ban then runescape 2 was released and had all them crazy random events! See, I am good at rs history! Of course the good thing is if you go members on rs2 now, xp is so fast, there is no need to macro or bot! Well done, Andrew! :wink:

im an old player also, i started a week b4 banks came out around april 2000, dis month makes 6 years on and off,i helped blue get 99, selling rune and getting nats 4 her with tammelf and mctavish, good times i miss RSC :(

Well, 126 combat requires 98 prayer, so I bet there are even more as 70 people with 126 combat :?

I'm pretty sure Kobiianardo was top archer for a long time before Snake Slava. He had low 80s ranged when everyone one else in the top 10 were in the 70s.

I think the first 99 Herblore was actually Noob Work...he got it right before RS2, or right after, not sure..

Nope it was Halw Gnun who got it on rs1. I remember because he had a big 99 party in Zanaris to get the level.

I also remember the hiscores that Andrew gave out. Back in the very old days, the top skill totals were like 400 lol.

 

 

 

Oh, and Gugge was the 3rd top fighter for a very long time.
