waffle326
What should I sell to get the maximum amount of money? I have less than 5k gp total. I am a F2P player and have these stats: Something that is easy, fast, and fun (or entertaining) and gives a lot of money. "mmm... i like waffles"... i get that alot. so i say..."I do, too!!!" majinkamahl
Coal is your friend. Wow...I just scanned it with my new high tech program called "common sense" and it detected a scam.
waffle326
Yes, but to many people are at it. If I am the only person around coal and it respawns, everyone else rushes around it and starts swinging. Most of those people have better axes than me and mine it before I do. Mining is a bad idea. Too many people do it. lol "mmm... i like waffles"... i get that alot. so i say..."I do, too!!!"
Kill_Life
Try Runecrafting, no profit now, but later! Or sell essences. "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do"[Currently playing: K1ll L1f3]
waffle326
Another problem I possess is that I only have half my inventory (14 spots) of space because my bank is full. Getting rid of things to make space is an unlikely option because I inherited the trait of "pack-rat" from my gram. I always think, "I might need this later and I'm not gunna try to get it again!" or something. I am surprised I have 14 spaces empty, about a week ago I only had 1 or 2. I got up the courage to get rid of some useless or cheap things. Off-topic: Kill_Life, I liked your story about how you got through Runescape with the scammer and the hacker, and yet they helped you, too. Don't we all just love those kinds of people?! LOL "mmm... i like waffles"... i get that alot. so i say..."I do, too!!!"
peter_selie
Please tell us how much 'a lot of money' by your standards is, that could help. I think the thing I did at your combat lvl was getting big bones at the hillgiants, but I used a bow so I didnt need food. [i was a pretty rich nub] The cave wasn't as packed as these days though. The 14-item thing is not really gonna work and the truth is that the money made at those lvls is not a lot.
blakdragon39
Seriously... you need to get rid of stuff if you have been carrying stuff around in your inventory... Anyways... you don't have any good skills for money making really. I would say mine iron if you can't get coal.

Considering I only have around 5k, 10-20k is probably alot for me. It's sad for me because I hear (well, read) people saying about having millions of gp and I have less than 5k. I guess I really focus more on leveling than the money. Although money is more appealing to the eye right now. I pity myself, but you don't have to. LOL I have higher stats than you (also F2P) and I don't have bank space problems (well I do but I don't have 14 wasted inventory slots)... Runecrafting airs becomes profitable as soon as you reach the double airs lvl (11 or 14 I think), buy essence for 25-30 ea and sell your airs for 20ea. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks. waffle326
My space problems aren't because of stats. If you read one of my posts above, I have a pack-rat problem with myself, tyvm. meol
If pack-rats are bad with members, it's surely worse with f2p. You might post a pic of your bank+inv, so I can help you with it. This signature is intentionally left blank.
waffle326
Ok, I don't really have to worry about space problems so much anymore. I was carrying aroung all of my armor (on me) and five items including a steel platebody. I was killed and was left with no armor or anything in my inventory. I'm sure, no positive, nothing was lost from my bank, but I haven't checked yet. All of my armor that I lost were my most expensive items I had. So know that I'm left with just what is in my bank, I have resolved that I will not touch my bank until I get a lot of money. I won't buy items with money I make, only with money I find. I will try to only get things from drops and respawns. I am planning to find some money and buy a cheap pickaxe and a tiara mold. Since I have a high enough level to do so, I am going to make tiaras until I can make better profit items. Once I get about 10k gp, I will let myself buy some better items to use for profit making. Then at 100k, I will buy armor. My armor before was mostly mithril and some steel, but I will buy adamant this time. I may not have been hacked, but I believe this is a good time to start over and carry out my idea of going throughout Runescape without buying all of my items (only stuff I have searched for but can't find) or begging (which I have never done before, :D yay me!) "mmm... i like waffles"... i get that alot. so i say..."I do, too!!!"

Wow. You weren't kidding when you said "pack-rat". Feels like you're banking precious ashes or something. As meol says, consider posting your bank. I'm not rich by any stretch, but I might be tempted to come and "buy" some of your junk for the sake of getting you out of this paralysis. :o
ikraz66
I would still like to see a screen shot of your bank as we cant help with your packrat problem without it (many items are worth more than you think) but back to the real question... the best way to get money at your level that i know of is by doing jobs. my current favorite is running essence at the air temple. just go to the temple in world 16 with 25 unnoted ess, and you will find a neat runecrafting club there. a crafter will trade you for 2.5k gp per trip, plus 25 noted ess!
