Probably the only one who uses correct punctuation in every single sentence, too. Periods ftw.

Yeah, I used to do that. Then I found out how long it takes to type out everything perfectly in game, in live chat. Naturally some immature freak decides to go off on my typing, probably trying to seem mature. People these days :x

Age=maturity,LEVEL DOES NOT MATTER.

+1

how do you think older people start out? as lvl 80's? my freind was lvl 91, most annoying person ever. i beat him up for his actions irl and on rs. he go banned for his actions. i'm lvl 80 yet i'm only 12 years old. he was 14...

P.S.:only broke 1 thing in the fight....my middle/ring finger knucle...

I was twelve when I created my account. I've never begged because I saw that other beggars never got anything. Age doesn't always mean they are mature. I can semi-fit in with higher level players because I don't complain if I get hit or something happens. I just deal with it. That is why f2p worlds are annoying. To many people that don't know how to live life without complaining.

i also think it works on how the higher lvl players treat the low ones. for instance i'm lvl 95 but just started a ranging pure for the fun of it with my friend. whilst getting my range up, i found that i was recieving alot of harsh treatment from the higher lvls, and i mean higher as in lvl 40+. imature=low level is a massive case of stereotyping, as there are probably a large contingent of low levels who were older, and more mature than the 8-9yr olds mentioned, yet that bring a bad example on everyone, including me in this case

Remember, while reading this, that age usually comes with some form of maturity, and that mature younger people are uncommon because of their lifestyle.

I've noticed that ingame and in posts, it's the lower levels that tend to act more immature.

I know it doesn't apply to the whole of lower levels, but im talking about part of the general whole, a fraction, especially the ones that remain a low level.

For example: you may ask yourslef why lower levels begged when you never begged at that level? I think the answer to that is beggars may be a young age, like 8 or 9, when a person relies on there mother and father to take care of them and do everything for them. It is human nature, at that age, to have your parents tend to you more, and I would expect that behaivor to carry over into runescape.

So, they are reluctant to work, and they beg.

So, they tend to stay a low level because they dont want to level up and work themselves.

However, your less likely to see a higher level beg, because they have worked for their level, and are more mature and usually older, as you would be more willing to work at an older age, than lower levels. This is because age usually comes with some form of maturity.

As you progress through the game, you also progress in life, because runescape is one of the few games that actualy takes time.

I conclude that the higher levels are, for the most part (and always will be) more mature AND older, because they are more willing to work, and are maturing.

While the low levels that stay at a low level tend to be a younger age, and people who are younger tend to be less mature. So the low levels stay low because the mindset of a younger person with a lower maturity level is usually "I'll let them do it for me."

actually i have found its the higher lvls that are more immature as they get cocky about their lvls etc. and think they are superior (they get these lvls as they have nothing else to do in the summer)

just my two cents tho

Do you know why that we sometimes act "cocky"? Because we cannot go anywhere without some low level begging us for something or calling us a noob for not giving phr33 st00f...Even on members.
actually most hi lvls who are subject to begging are lvl 100 + and face it they don't get cocky cuz they don't want to get banned buts its the lvls 80s-99s that when they get begged off once its suddenly go away noob or when they have bank sales they shout " bank sale no noobs"
