ice_ring
Man this guy is awesome. You may not agree, but he is one of the greatest stand-up comedians ever. ] He just tells the truth. He addresses issues that we all deal with day to day in his own "screw it" view. I laughed all through on of his shows on HBO, "Jammin in New York" it was great. Anyone else here a fan? Necromagus
I have a few of his shows on my hard drive, he's pretty enjoyable. The only thing that kinda annoys me is how he can go on for half an hour showing his audience just how messed up the world is, and then he suddenly switches back to fart jokes. It's as if at the last moment he's too afraid to face his own truth, so he has to comfort himself (and his audience) with some banalities. Necromagus
George Carlin has been in comedy since before Bill Hicks was born... Necromagus
I'd pray that'd be true for the vice-presidential debate alone... Nanosauromo
"Greetings, my excellent friends!" :D :D :D I first knew George Carlin as "Mr Conductor," the narrator of the Thomas the Tank Engine series. Ever since I saw him in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, he's been awesome to me.
