  1. Just a small town girl, livin' in a LONELY WOO-OORLD She took the midnight train goin' EH-NEE-WHEEERE I've done: The Beatles - I Am The Walrus The Stone Roses - I Wanna Be Adored ... And if I can find a special someone to be the partner: Grease - Summer Lovin'
  2. The Mars Volta would be even better if the guitar played would learn some more theory. He does alot of cool chromatic and dissonant stuff, with a bit more knowledge he could go alot further and do it alot better.
  3. I like Aphex Twin and The Mars Volta from your list.
  4. Add Tool to my list. 8-)
  5. Bill Hicks Billy Connolly Jimmy Carr (Old) Eddie Murphy - Eddie Murphy RAW is absolutely hilarious. Bill Bailey Also I've recently taken a liking to Al Murray.
  6. You shoulda jumped on the chance. They pretty much only tour after album releases, and you know how few and far between their albums are.
  7. That's one of the cooler live videos. There's one where Maynard's voice cracks during Parabola, and he forgets the lyrics so he chucks the mic down and storms off. http://youtube.com/watch?v=P2HYM631O4o&search=Tool%20H. That gives me shivers. Got tickets to see 'em next wednesday!
  8. You're 'twins' with one of my mates. Happy birthday to you and her. 'Twins' with my little bro.
  9. All Right Now is actually by Free, not Bad Company or Queen.
  10. A Runescape message board is just the place to do it. Is there some sand trapped in your vagina?
  11. I never seen them live, but the live DVD of the Absolution tour and RHCP live at Slane Castle are awesome. Also, Robbie Williams is amazing live. I just bought tickets to see Muse at T On the Fringe in August. Unfortunately I think My Chemical Romance are supporting. :( Even if you don't like MCR... you'll enjoy the show, trust me... they are really fun to see They might put on a good show... But I really, really despise 'emo'. I really hate to go off topic... but why do you hate emo? If you say the whole it gives the message to slit your wrists or w/e you need to be slapped silly.. because then you actually need to listen to some of the music. It's nothing like that. I don't like the vocal delivery, it tends to be whiney or screamy, both of which I dislike. The heaviest vocalist I can handle is Phil Anselmo, and even that is pushing it sometimes. Also, I find the instrumental parts to be dull and repetitive. That said, I do hate the 'emo' (false-emo as they may be) following. I don't dig the hair, or the makeup or dress sense.

  14. Chuck Norris is the embodiment of your impending doom.
  15. Think that's a bit much, mate.
  16. I wouldn't say the Beatles are underated at all. Most everyone knows the beatles and most everyone likes them. What I mean is many people just thinks about them as pop garbage. They aren't considered great musicians, usually. They weren't great technical musicians. Maybe not everyone knows the Beatles less famous work, but they are never underrated.
  17. I don't really like loads of material from any one genre. Some of my favourite bands however are... The Stone Roses, Ian Brown, Aphex Twin, Tool, Rainbow, Deep Purple, Metallica, Pantera, DJ Tiesto, Muse, Pink Floyd, The Streets, A Perfect Circle, Yes, Blur, The Libertines, Joe Satriani, Chicane, and Liquid Tension Experiment.
  18. Here's my question. Are they ignorant or no? The answer is yes. I don't feel sorry that much for them either, they had it coming :| But just imagining them in chains and everything... jeez. And I didn't shock anyone. My message was clear - don't call someone ignorant just because s/he doesn't agree with you. Ignorant is not the right word to use. Yes, it does denote the meaning you want it to, but because of the connotations of the word, it doesn't fit. It seems similar to calling a cripple lazy, just because they can't/won't get out of their wheelchair and walk. Calling a mentally handicapped person ignorant is unfair.
  19. I suggest you read over it, it should shed some light on the issue and raise a lot of good points for your debate. Good luck. Thanks alot that's perfect. Thanks to the rest of you too, opinions are still needed. To elaborate, your frontal lobe doesn't fully mature until around 25 years old. This is the part that can control 'rationality', in a sense. For example, an average 40 year old is less likely to be provoked to violence than a 15 year old.
  20. Used to be 'Chappy' for us, mighta been the same for you.
