Why dont Jagex make a Lock Your Account thing

 

 

 

we would write the people a check and trade it to them..

 

then they would put it in their bank and it would be transfered to cash.

 

 

 

once you trade the check to the people it will say... "the money in you bank has een transfered" or sumtin like that

 

 

 

 

Many of my friends r non members and they r tired of not having any new stuff like new qwests and abilities, 4 example my friend gamemastr50 is mad because he cant use retribution and he has enough prayer lvl 2 do it. That is all i have 2 say

First, useless nested quotes are a pain in the arse. Second, that quote contains no punctuation, and is really just a huge run-on sentence. That'd be bad grammar right there. Maybe instead of debating the spelling of the word, you could go look up the flipping definition?
