Bauke
Brimhaven perhaps? Personally I think the Brimhaven agility arena is the most comfortable way for training agility. Ethiery
Not that far yet, but isn't the werewolf one supposed to be good? A man who doesn't read, is no smarter than a man who can't read.
pokemama
i looked at the map on skill guides.. and it looked a little confusing.. do u go around in a circle or just wherever you want?? Not sure which you are talking about, so I'll discuss generally and hope I hit it right. At any of the courses except Brimhaven, you should proceed around the path. If you do not hit all of the obstacles, you will not get the fat bonus xp at the end of each complete circuit. At beginners (gnome stronghold), it is counterclockwise from entrance. At barbarian outpost it is clockwise. At Wildy it is counter clockwise. At skull ball it is clockwise, but the arrows very clearly point the way there. I haven't done werewolf yet so I have no idea about that. But you must have done Fenkenstrain quest and gotten ring in order to use these last 2. At Brimhaven the objective is different. You must cross obstacles to get to the pillar with arrow on it, and then to the next. When you hit two in a row you get a ticket. The tickets are exchangeable upstairs for agility xp (you get minor amounts for the obstacles, but not much. Tickets are the key.) This course is fun once you are over 40 (to pass all obstacles). it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*. BEWARE OF The darts! They lower your agility! If you are level 40 and you get hit by darts, you cant cross any lv 40 obstacles until your agility stat is restored. You can also try ape atoll course, you will fail more often than suceed, so you need a lot of food, but you will level faster. Doomdeath91
Hmm...I'd say if you haven't done it yet, do the Grand Tree quest for about 11k Agility exp As for courses, I'd either stick with the Wildy course if you're brave enough or go to Brimhaven or do the Skullball course (need to complete the Creature of Fenkenstrain quest for the latter). henk333
Even though brimhaven is a lot of fun doing for a while, it's not worth it in terms of xp. It takes about 17 hours to get 1k tickets since the arrow moves once per minute. For this you get 320k xp plus the xp of the obstacles you pass. But if you calculate your xp per hour it comes down to 5.4k xp per hour (Yes, I'm very sure of this, I've gotten 1k tickets there twice). The monkey course and wilderniss course are comparable in xp, monkey course is a bit less, but has no pkers, so no need for world hopping. At 71 agility I hardly fail the monkey course, from 74 onwards I haven't failed once. Without energy pots/strange fruits monkey course is 42k xp per hour, with pots 60k+ per hour depending on your how much you're paying attention. Haven't played RuneScape since 12 january 2007 and it feels great :)

kdb148
For intense agility training, don't be afraid to switch things up. Do wilderness for a while, then maybe switch to Brimhaven and get 100 tickets, then go to Ape Atoll, etc. Don't try to do it all at 1 place, you'll get burnt out really fast. Check out this cool browser gladiator game!

hamgod316
There is a pineapple plant in the ApeAtoll course. Everytime I finish the course, I pick up a pineapple. It spawns fairly quickly and it's a good source of hp. I usually bring a few cakes with me and I use the pineapples for main source of food. If I'm really struggling, I'll just get some bananas from the trees. There are many sources of food there so you can train for hours before having to leave.
