Howdydee2003
Now im wondering whats the best method for me is for barrows? What set-up should i use? Practically, i want u to tell me what to do lol.. I never did barrows for a long period of time before because i didnt think i do that good in it.... And is it proven what kill count has the best drop ratio? thanks Howdydee2003:99 Attack - 99 Strength - 99 Hits - 99 Magic - 99 SmithingFirst To get 99 Smithing With GoldSmithing Guants Zx7r Ninja (Currently Training) Updated 2/14/09: Ags Achieved on 2/15/0975/75 Attack 89/99 Strength 50/50 Def 78/85 Hits***Owned a Bandos Godsword since 59 Combat***
chenw
jebus your stats and you are asking? :P well your prayer is a bit low, so i recommed maybe some prayer pots against dharok, karil and verac trio. And yes Kill count increases the chance of barrows. it certainly does increase the quality of the runes dropped. 6,924th to 30 hunting, 13,394th to 30 summoning, 52,993rd to 30 DivinationKiln Record (Post-EoC): W 25 - L 0, 14 Uncut Onyx, 8 Jad hits received (Best record: Two in the same kiln)Obby set renewed post update #2: 0QBD drops: 21 crossbow parts, 3 Visages, 1 Kites, 2 KitsMax Port Score [2205] Achieved: 27th April 2013 (World 2nd) Farmyard Rampage ranking: 12th, 50,000 Kills. Mat
Tip.it has all the info. Anyway, just *slayer dart* dharok, then verac and then kharil with prayer on. Move on to ahrim with full d hide and just own him (no prayer needed). Then go to Torag to give yourself some time to get your lowered stats back and then finally go to guthan. Thats what I do anyway

yomom1919
if you had 85+ def id say go down there with full veracs + 1 pray pot. try using god spells and charge them with ur 99 mage youll hit constant 30's. or with 99 str verac some of it. your not doing anything wrong. :D its all a matter of chance. i went down at lvl 78 and got guthans plate after 12 trips. but dont settle for anything less then god spellls + charge or use ancients. you will prob use next to no prayer pots and maximize profit even from runes. oblivion2006
First off bring enough spells for 150 slayer darts. Bring 2 doses of prayer potion for each brother to play it safe. Wear guthans armor, zammy book, any boots, any gloves, and slayer staff when maging the brothers and wield the spear when fighing ahrim and in the tunnel getting up kill count. Pray on everyone to be safe and mage all but ahrim. Melee him since you're so high. Fight using guthans in the tunnels getting a kill count as high as you want. Open chest after desired count and leave, bank, and repeat.

Unitedite
Go to Dharock, pray, slayer dart Go to Karil, pray, slayer dart (you might be able to melee him with your stats.. dart is probably a bit better) Go to Verac. Personally i dont think you 'have' to pray Verac, but try it a few times with pray first to get a feel for it. Slayer dart. Wear prayer boosting clothes when you pray. At your prayer lvl you'll probably need 2 sips of prayer for the 3 of them. Go to Guthan. Melee defence, slayer dart. No prayer. If you're unlucky this can be a bit of a battle but 80% of the time you'll walk it. Go to Torag. Melee defence, slayer dart. Easiest battle by far, you should never be in danger. Go to Ahrim. Leave him for last because his mage lowers your other stats. Wear Dhide, range him. That's what i do, and i have much lower stats than you. You should easily get 2 runs a trip out of a couple of prayer pots and 12ish lobs. If you want you can take a load of noted pots and lob, change at the store (or bank) and stay for ages. Praying on everyone is a massive waste of money imo. Admittedly, i don't have barrows armour. My way is slightly noobish, but i dont know the more refined tactics for the rich guys :P Barrows should be a walk in the park with your stats. The key is to get as many runs as you can as fast as possible, that was you have more chance of getting the nice drops/ In a little hilltop village they gambled for my clothesI bargained for salvation and they gave me a lethal doseI offered up my innocence, I got repaid with scorn"Come in'', she said, "I'll give you shelter from the storm"
chenw
banking at Burgh de Rott is not a bad idea if you finished In Aid of Myreque. Also, you may want to consider Ancient Magicks (Desert Treasure Reward), it allows you to teleport to Canafis (second nearest bank next to Burgh de Rott), and run to barrows from there. The ice spells work fantastically against the melee brothers due to their freezing (or if you will, entangle) effect. Just be careful though because when you cast an ice spell when some1 is frozen, the timer doesnt reset, so it may start moving at your surprise. 6,924th to 30 hunting, 13,394th to 30 summoning, 52,993rd to 30 DivinationKiln Record (Post-EoC): W 25 - L 0, 14 Uncut Onyx, 8 Jad hits received (Best record: Two in the same kiln)Obby set renewed post update #2: 0QBD drops: 21 crossbow parts, 3 Visages, 1 Kites, 2 KitsMax Port Score [2205] Achieved: 27th April 2013 (World 2nd) Farmyard Rampage ranking: 12th, 50,000 Kills.
