Yeh its for sheep shearer right? I dont really see the point of it, the farmer calls it "the thing" or something. But it doesn't really affect the quest...I think it's Jagex being funny :(

it doesnt do anything but when you shear it, it says 'the... whatever it is manages ot escape'

as i already said it was introduced on aprils fools as a joke

Yeah it is, I did sheep shearer on my pure account to test this out and well it's involved, its a bit like the R&J quest update, I also beleive fishing contest has been updated as everything looks differant there now.

It's not for the sheep shearer quest. It's Mod Marks filler thingie, he's in charge of the plot behind it. He will probably add to it later on. Theres a post about unfinished updates or something on the official forums which mentions it in the future updates bit.

The pungeins are those big grey things that look like big legs

Go speak to fred the farmer and your character will say that he/she has seen the thing. Fred will then panic but the character will say that it's just two penguins in a sheep costume.

With Mod Mark's stunning revelation that he is in fact the legendary penguin co-ordinator it raises several questions:

 

- Would any REAL evil villian announce himself like that?

 

- If not then who IS in charge? Is it really the other way round and the penguins are co-ordinating Mod Mark?
