ok i was bored of stringing bows so i went to edgeville wildy to watch some fights, i saw guy same lvl as me and i attacked him and he teled... so i was skulled, oh well i have nothing to loose... or so i thought, while i was watching 2 people with dharok and whip fight, i saw one of those things you woulnt beleive.. they both died at same time :lol: so i got a dharok plate x2 legs x2 obby cape x2 beserker 2x and a whip x2!!!! :shock: i was about to tele but for fun i shouted "whip!"... bad move, a mage teleblocked me and killed me :( lol if i wasnt skulled i would still have goten good stuff :lol: i wish i didnt attack that guy, happent to any of you? also sorry no pic i wasnt expecting to get that :shock:

Two people dieng at once is rare enough (unless they were poisioned but wepons they were using does not count), edgvil in ANY world were abypkers and/or runecrafters are not around is even rarer.

 

 

 

Also if someone dies, there is a 30-60 second delay that only one person can see, you wont see any of their loot because they both delt more than 50% dammage to the other in combat and by the time you would several players would be standing there waiting for it to apear.

beserker as in ring, and it wasnt near the bank bit, it was probably a DM because they had the same stuff. and when i saw it happen and they both died, i waited for the items to come, wouldnt you :shock: thats like 16mill+ in items on the ground

Ugh, what reason would someone have to make this kind of story up? Want to give any motive at all? Don't be so quick to aggressively challenge it when it doesn't really matter. It's possible he was the only person around the items, they could have been carrying a berserker by chance from another pk a few minutes ago, or didn't think to tele back for the last option because someone else would get it. Not that the fact that I refuted your arguments even matters, because there's no reason to lie about a stupid little story like this, and no reason for people to get all excited and shout that it never happened, because that's like me saying I found a 20 dollar bill on the ground and all my friends getting all angry and excited and shouting "proof! show us a pic!!!" - I know, sounds stupid, just like in this case to me.

A bit off topic really, but in 20+ wildy ancients does own, in <20 wildy I'd much rather get attacked with ancients than normal mage. RC'ing through the abyss I have time to insult and laugh at pker prior to one-click tele'ing to safety.

Reason? Its quite simple, ATTENTION. I want some attention? Ill say I pked zezima, I want some attention? Ill say I found a party hat on the ground, I want some attention? Ill say I almost got 2 full dharok sets from these 2 guys who happen to die at same time which is rare.

 

 

 

Have you ever lied before? I have and theres always motives for lying, In this case it COULD be just for attention, No doubt in my mind hes just trying to get attention by people.

He didnt see the kills, If I read right he said he got killed AFTER he picked up the items, Thats what 2-5 minutes of waiting for the loot appear, Don't you think there would be other looters there, That mage would probaly kill him before he even got the chance to pick up items, Story doesnt make sense, If the story doesnt make sense its probaly a lie or a attemp to lie to get attention. :roll:

Alright, so what if it's a lie. I'm not claiming either way because frankly I don't care. This topic isn't about whether or not it's true. He could have done it for attention - I don't know why - it's always possible to create motives for lying, but I just doubt it, not that it matters either way.

 

What does matter is that this post is about that event, not whether or not it happened. He didn't post it to prove it happened - he posted it to talk about how happy and lucky he felt, in a way brag, and hear excited replies from people who are happy for him. Granted it's a pretty dumb concept to a thread and there isn't much to talk about, but I'll tell you what doesn't need to be talked about: whether or not it's true. It's about the ideas and things people say about the event, whether or not it happened.

It's just not plausable, if it did happen then he was both lucky and unlucky in the space of 5 minutes.

 

 

 

Maybe it was the way the story was told, maybe it was something about the story but something makes it seem false. I can understand where you're comming from though Adam, it does annoy me when people accuse me of lying(Even when I back it up with a picture :roll: ).
