June 4, 200620 yr I used to get many maze and mime random events in 2005, always while fighting. In 2006, I never get one while fighting. Has the way to get those events changed? June 4, 200620 yr I've been wondering the same thing. Miles&Bros, Sandwich Lady, Pirate Captain, and Rick Turpentine (sp?) are the most annoying randoms. Oh, evil bob too. I've never gotten the drill one either. I want a full camo suit :[ I am a tree.

June 5, 200620 yr Yeah, I seemed to notice that the chances of the Mime Event have become pretty rare. The most recent one I got a few months ago was from standing in World 1 and just typing (buying Zamorak armor). Combat LvL: 98Status: F2P
June 5, 200620 yr I got a maze today from chopping oak tree (in falador next to cooking range). Been chopping about 1 hour long and mysterious man show up. Hacked 10 years old account, permamently quit if Jagex doesn't return items.

June 5, 200620 yr I've never gotten the drill one either. I want a full camo suit :[ I have never gotten the drill random anywhere other then when I tele cammy for mage xp. Whilst there I got the full camo kit in about 2 days.
June 5, 200620 yr once i got the drill sgt twice in one day how sweet is that? 8-) also im currently doing monkey madness and ive had 2 randoms during cutscenes!!! :evil: once was prison pete and the second was just mysterious old man :evil:

June 7, 200620 yr I've had the maze like 3 times...got like 40 bolts! YES! I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways.
June 8, 200620 yr Ive had the Mysterious Old Man a few times, same with the Sandwich Lady. I have only had one maze, and no mimes! mysterious old man and sandwich lady aren't rare @ all... didnt even need to post about getting those, im sure uve had tons of them
June 8, 200620 yr Author I read somewhere that you HAVE to ignore the mysterious old man to be teleported to a maze. In 2005, he just teleported you straight away. Is it true that you now have to ignore him for this? (I doubt it personally, but if someone can confirm it...) June 8, 200620 yr no, its auto still, they wouldnt make it where u would ignore him because they send events to test the fact of autoing/macroing, so you have to talk to show u r not autoing
