RedHanyu888
So? You've just became a member? Don't know what to do in a member world? Heres how to get started. Stats/Quests: Stats: 60+ attack 40+ defence Strength is optional if you want to beat monsters faster. 55+ hits Atleast 40 magic, the higher the better. Quests: I suggest you beat all Free quests so you can start the Member quests. Start: Now, to get started, it's VERY important that you know your way around. To make things easier, pop open a world map on the top screen. Yes, yes, you might be wondering, "Where can I train my skills?" Lets begin with theiving. If you didn't find out, there is a hut filled with men inside at Edgeville Sorry if the pic is too small or too blurry. This is the only place I know that hosts images! This place is very nifty, you can get food from your bank. (if you have any) Start stealing from the men. Right click and select "Pickpocket Man."If you want, you can kill a few for herbs. These will be needed soon. When you have gotten to level 5, you can head over to Ardounge and steal baked goods. Keep on doing this and you'll get far. Now for Herblore. Head over to Taverly, its just north-east of Falador. Start the quest Druidic Ritual. Here's a guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=22 This guide was created by the Tip.it crew After finishing the quest, get the herbs that you got from the men. Click on them, and you will try to Identify the herb. The higher herblore level you have, the more herbs you can identify. Herbs are used to make potions, which can raise stats, expell poison, restore lost stats, and even protect you from fire breath. Once you get to make Prayer potions, you can sell them for around 7k each! Unidentified herbs can be sold for around 1k each. Agility is hard and dangerous, but it can make all other skills much easier. To get started, head on over to the Gnome agility course. Keep running around untill you get to a satisfying level. Not only is agility used for getting around, it also makes your run energy recover faster, and its for risky minigames. Fletching is easy, all you have to do is use a knife on logs. It helps make money and it gets you arrows. Thats all. I don't think you would want to do farming, farming really bores me. It takes long and all you get is food and herbs. Slayer is easy too. Locate one of the slayer masters around the map. I suggest starting with Turael (I think thats his name, I haven't passed by him in a while) He is in Burtorpe. Slayer masters asign you tasks in which you must kill monsters. This can vary from raining terror upon defenceless chickens to Slaying tough dragons. Construction in my oppinion is a hardworking money drain. I don't recommend it to players that are new. It is highly addictive somehow...
RedHanyu888
Cities, cities, and more cities. Of course! How will you know what things are in which cities??? Ardounge: Useful:Yes Quests: A few. About: Ardounge is the,"Theives Wonderland." There are a few quests, not too man shops (unless you include the stalls) Ardounge is usually a banking spot for people that need teak or mahogany logs. The ship leads to BrimHaven, on the Karamja Island. Brimhaven: Useful: No Quests: Practically none. About:Brimhaven is usually an unpopulated place, seing how no one usually comes by. It's only used for the agility course and for the houses (Construction) Yanile: Useful:Sort of. Quests:Maybe one or two About:Yanille is the home of the wizards. Of course, that gave away the fact that it holds the Wizards guild. There is a place near here where you can use your agility to acquire high level Herbs. To the east of Yanille, there is a famous minigame called "Castle Wars" The name says it all. Seers' Village and Catherby: Useful:Yes Quests: A few About:The Seers' Village is the home to the Seers'. Of course, you knew that. The bank is usually crowded with people. Not many uses, only if you spin flax for a living. Catherby if a good farming place, and a good mid-high level fishing spot. The fishing store is convienient seeing how it's right next to a fishing spot. Pollivineach and Nardah: Useful:A bit. Quests:Just a few. About: Pollivineach is home to two rival gangs. Not many things go on here, seeing how it is in the dessert. Same with Nardah, only people taking a break from trekking in the dessert. Mort'ton and Burgh de Rott: Useful: Yes Quests:Some About: Mort'ton is the diseased town that has been corupted by shades. Some people go here to creamate the shades in chance of getting fine cloth, one of the things needed to make Splitbark armor. Burgh de Rott is available during the quest "In aid of the Myreque".This place has a bank and is good for people doing the dangerous minigame "Barrows" Canifis: Useful:A bit Quests: maybe one or two About: Canifis is home to the lycans and vampires that are in their human form. People hunt down these creatures. This is usually a retreat spot for people doing Barrows. One of the Slayer masters is in this town.
RedHanyu888
Port Phasmatys: Useful:Yes Quests:One or two About:This ghost town is home to the ectofuntus. Of course, it's a port so there are ships. There is a farming spot near here. Also, there are vampires in the woods to the east, which may drop clue scrolls. Rellekka: Useful:Yes Quests: one or two About: Rellekka is the barbarian village where many warriors and theives live. The crabs up north are a good spot to train. The ships lead to Miscellania and Etcetria. This town has many things to do, such as stealing, training, smithing, making bowstrings, and many more things. Etcetria and Miscellania: Useful:Not really Quests: two About: These two rivaled castles are dawdling over nonsense. The only thing to do here is to steal and to get resources. There is only one bank and there is lots of vegetables. Gnome Cities: Useful:Yes Quests:Some Anout: A dead giveaway, these are home to the gnomes. Many minigames in the Stronghold. In the Tree Gnome village, the main teleport tree is there, which you can use after beating the quest "Tree Gnome Village". Entrana: Useful:A bit Quests:One About:Holy Entrana holds the almighty Altar of Law. This place does not allow you to wear armor or weapons of any kind. The tunnel in the north part is the dungeon in The Lost City Quest. Ape Atoll: Useful:Sort of Quests: two About: Of course, this is where the apes and monkeys live. This is the map for two quests I know, Monkey Madness and Recipe for Disaster: Awowogei. You must be swift while you are in here, ninja monkeys are there to kill. ( Sounds kinda funny ) Keldagrim: ((Please note that Tip.it has a more complex guide of Keldagrim with a map)) Taverly: Useful: Yes Quests: some About: Taverly is home to the druids. Many players like to come here to kill druids for the herbs that they drop. There is an altar there too for restoring prayer. A bit north of Taverly is The Heroes Guild and Burthorpe. Burthorpe: Useful:Not really Quests: Some About:Burthorpe houses one of the five slayer masters. It also has a minigame called "Burthorpe Games room". Up north, there are trolls, a favorite training spot of some people. Shilo Village and Tai Bwo Wannai Village: Useful:Yes Quests: some About:The Tai Bwo Village is a simple village. It is actually a minigame called "Tai Bwo Wannai Clean-up" The Shilo Village is accessed after beating the Quest " Zanaris: ((Tip.it has a map and info on Zanaris)) Elven Lands: Useful:Yes Quests:four About: The elven lands are of course, home to the elves. White berries spawn near Lletya. (Pronounced: Clet-yuh)The quarter masters in Tyras Camp sell you all types of halberds after completeing "Regicide". There is a place for picking flax near the bank, much faster than picking flax from Seers' Village. After completing "Roving Elves", you can buy crystal equipment from Isyln and Eluned. The equipment is used in several quests. Magic trees are not far from Lletya, and yew trees are east of Tyras camp. Beware the traps along this treacherous place, high agility is required to survive and to get around. Credit: Red Hanyu888: Typing this guide. ghostman
Nice guide. Thanks for taking time to make us more knowledgeble. NOTE: the elven lands are way off to the west and contain many trees and traps for the unsuspecting traveler. You must complete Regicide, Underground Pass, Biohazard, and plague city to get into it. There are elves (duh), and King Tyras's camp. You can buy crystal bows and shields from the elves after Roving Elves quest is completed. Currently P2P. I don't want the world to see me, 'cause I don't think that they'd understand. Formerly known as: Ghstkill8, Serene Ghst, Genius Goats

Lord_K
Elf lands are full of deadly traps and require good agility to traverse. antipoisons and a hatchet and tinderbox are a must as you can heal on the nearby rabbits. Involved Quests: Regicide unlocks Arandar pass gate for easier access, Roving Elves, Mournings End Part 1 unlocks tele to Lletya (an Elven town) crystal, quick acess to Isfadar, Mournings End Part 2. Points of intrest: Whiteberries spawn, there is a fast respawn of whiteberries not far from lletya (note: pronounced Clet-ya). The quartermasters shop founf in the Tyras camp, sells food supplies adn all types of Halberds once regicide is completed. The roving elves: Iswyln and Eluned, who sell crystal equipment and recharge crystals, important in several quests too. Lord Iowerths camp, involved in the Regicide quest mainly, there are many elves here and a shark fishing spot not far away. Magic trees, these trees are not far from Lletya and usually unbusy, good place for magic logs. Yew trees are found east of the Tyras camp, and really only useful for training firemaking. Priffdinas is the Elf city which is ruled by Lord Iowerth, it is not accessable yet. Lletya, home and Elf village home to the Elf rebels contains an all important bank as well as a general store, a dye shop and and archery store. It also has an altar upstairs and a range. Useful for praying and training on elves. There is a flax field right out side the bank too, very useful. Hope this helped, you may want to summarise it.
