I'm guessing it's censored for two reasons: A: Possibly a private server from responses, private servers are not just breaking a little rule but a LAW. If you use private servers you are no longer a game-rule breaker but more or less, a criminal. B: It could have a virus or keylogger on it. I believe the official Google Video reformats anything you upload to it. If the video were posted on any old site (that is, searching the real Google search to find your videos), it would be suspect.
