I know how devastating it must be, especially if you get scammed and lose alot. Just work it back slowly and be sure to not fall for anything 2) IS IT REALLY THAT BAD? Find out what you lost and think are you over exagerating? 3) WORK IT BACK. Get back to work and earn your way back to the top. I finally raised 10k and a guy aproaches me. "Look, i'll give you this rune scimitar cheap, only 10k instead of 30k" (he heard me parading about 10k) I'm like yeah, i'll be teh ownage (not knowing 40 atk to weild) and i buy it. I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways. The only person i trust with me "10's of millions" is myself and myself only. Why do they have to work it back? I'm sure in many cases it's not 100% necessary. You registered here a week ago, no offense meant, but it seems like you haven't really experienced Runescape the way some others have. That sounds like a really nasty, low paid job... :) , I mean wearing a nosepeg as standard. I've scammed several times, lost my full mith, which back in the day was a major blow, but it's never stopped me usually. However after the angry logging off incurred by the dieing losing all my shiny armour or be scammed, and logging off. hockeypro91 Posted June 14, 2006 Share Posted June 14, 2006 i am sorry to say that i am the king of being scammed lol first in like 2002 lost full mith, addy 2h and like 20k. got mad and quit. started up again did really good, made about 300k, get hacked by former owner of my main account. (old friend that knew my recovery questions) got mad and quit... again. soon started playing again on a new fresh made account,got into merchanting made about 3.4 mil got scammed... but worked as hard as i could to get back up to 4 mil. got hacked, this time i have no idea how it happened i tried to log on and my pass was changed. used recovery qusetions to find all my cash gone(still had zammy kite and 1700 limps tho lol) sold all that and worked up again to a relatively healthy 2.9mil where i am now. not bad for a f2p player huh live to kill...live to die...live to love... I can just see you being threatened by a wharf or jetty because you're a teleporter.
