i kinda like this idea, never fought i kalphite queen myself but yeha shouldnt there be a king?

 

 

 

Also, wut lvl would it be? can it be multi attked? why dragon pl8?

no there is no bee king or insect king. all the males are equal. the queen lays all the egg things that produce the insects. that is why she is the queen and all the insects protect her.

i never even faught the queen before...but i believe it is like the strongest monster? that be odd if they do expesially like you say... bees have a queen,ants have a queen,naked mole rats have a queen, EVEYTHING HAVE A QUEEN...except for some of our leaders...

Jagex has said there is no dragon plate..please pay a little more attention. If you are gonna suggest a monster, also please don't just say "there should be this" gotta explain it... :wall: And the whole point of Kalphite "queen" is that the queens are the ones who are in charge in insect places...There is no "king", males just well...i'll stop there :-w

This is what i was going to say. Dragon Plates will come out in due time, as jagex does infact lie. It may not be for a while, but there will be a dragon plate eventually.

Can everyone just forget about the dragon plate and other add ons. Far out! I cant afford a D med when im a member, let alone a plate. And it will have a huge affect on the prices of materials. Everyone will want to get the plate but people wont get enough plates into the game in time. People will sell their rares to get enough money to buy it.

 

 

 

Then everyone will be selling cheap to get it and prices for materials (like lobsters, my main income) will go down because people wont want them. Then everyone will die and then another glitch will come like the durial one, and people with the plate will lose it and leave the game. Then I will be the last one left and have a CHAIN! Because they will be worth 2gp!

 

 

 

And then I will wake up from my dream and comment on how I dont want anymore dragon armour in the game :)

When it comes to insects, the Queen "rules" the hive, there is no king. If there was a kalphite "king" then it would have to be less powerful than the kq.

and they feed loyal jelly or whatever to the baby bee for it to turn into a queen (actually they give more then 1 bee royal jelly) and when then 1 queen hatches it kills the other one....except if 2 hatch then they fight....but they dont make more queens when a queen die they do it also when the hive grows to big and they have to swarm...

No...Dragon plates would never go to a game, and they're insects. They worship the queen since she made all of the insects.

The Kalphites are like oversized ants or bees. The workers (Kalphite Workers) are weak and small, but they are able to carry large burdens, they mainly do the work around the hive. Soldiers (Kalphites Soldiers and Kalphite Guardians) are the ones who defend the hive against attack from another hive or other insect etc. The ONLY MALE ant/bee are the drones. The are weak and usually get kciked out after mating. The Queen is the mother of the hive.

 

 

 

Plus the Dragon Plate idea is just stupid.

For Social Insects, the Queen lays two types of eggs. One type is the "Female" type, and the other is the "Male" type.

 

 

 

Male drones are only used for mating with the Queen, and get driven out of the hive at Winter to die.

 

 

 

"Female" eggs generally develops into Workers/Soldiers, which are genderless (ie. they have no sexual organs).

 

 

 

If a "Female" larvae is feed with specially prepared food, it will develop sexual organs and become a Queen. Generally there are multiple queens developing in a hive; the first to become and adult will immediately kill the others to establish dominance.

 

 

 

The only reason workers and soldiers are called females are because they develop from the same type of egg as the Queen, although they in truth are genderless.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You think this gender change is impossible? Think again. All animals that involve in sexual reproduction does it. Some fishes can change their sex if a particular sex is absent.

 

 

 

Even humans do it: Everyone, as an embryo, starts off as a female with ovaries. Eventually, those with the chromosomes XY (females are XX) will have their ovaries changed to testes, and if all goes well the testes will lower into the scrotum.

 

 

 

So in a sense, whether we are a boy or a girl, we all start off as girls.
