I'm very very sorry to hear about your loss of your dear account! I'm sure it was very good and a bad loss. Its sad to see innocent players get banned incorrectly. If you need help you can always ask anybody here for help and tips on how to create your new hero to become strong and powerful as the one before and better!

 

 

 

You can do it, it's not that hard; Maybe you will become greater out of this new account than your one before!

 

 

 

If you love your account that dearly, try contacting Jagex about it and they might let up; I've heard of countless times that happening :)

Please people remember, Jagex is not a mager company with a huge building just for Runescape. The company its self I bet is not very big say 100 people max, and theres over 1mil RS players! So think how many accounts they have to manage a day!

Right, I got my 'judgement' back today of my appeal.

 

 

 

I've lost all hope in Jagex.

It says that I've been perm-banned for macroing when I've never had a macro (or even know how to make/use/whatever macros).

 

 

 

It also says that there's no evidence of such things as macroing, any chance of sorting this out for me?

 

 

 

I've had this account for years and have never cheated. Ever.

i blame the noobs out there that reprot people for no reason, jagex should be banning them for abusing the report button!!!

I have no idea why someone would report me though, I've never been threatened by people, any noobs that came to me asking for help (as long as it wasn't "omG plz giv me lootz ov stuf", I'd get their AIM/MSN and help them get established on the game.

as far as i am aware u can only appeal a ban once, customer support would be chaos if u could appeal more than once

No one is suggesting he 'harrass Jagex into unbanning his account'

 

I'm sure Jagex would even understand that someone should not give up their account easily if they were banned incorrectly.

To figure out the rsn's on your friends, go to runescape high score and log in to compare to friends. If they leave private chat on, then you can talk to them on a noob account. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for that one day they do turn it on...
