You just had to write "tell" and than the persons name

 

 

 

ie: "tell Ssj Trunks Hi"

Ditto, friends list is not a huge part of the game. I think i'd still play

Higher lvls would certainly get a lot less: "Friends?".

i doubt i would play...i love to talk to people in the game 8-)

But there are other ways for contacting eachother.

 

 

 

Any messenger such as msn.

 

 

 

IRC channels.

Probably not... it would be less efficient and all Runescape players would be loners with no friends :oops:
