Just for the amusement of your fellow runescapers (or runescapees as it may be) lets share some embarassing/dumb runescape moments.

 

 

 

Here's one of mine: Recently I was playing my second-string character, a level 30 warrior. I was chilling out in the dark warriors fortress in level 15 wilderness, mainly collecting runes and cappin dark warriors, but hopefully waiting for some lower level players to show up and have some fun. my wish was granted - a level 19 archer climbs down from the above tower and starts shooting at me. Now this guy is skulled, he's working alone, and he's hitting 0s, 1s, and 2s, maybe the occasional 3 or 4, while i'm just wailing on him, ever other turn he's eating something. It's like this guy's trying to commit suicide, and i'm just amazed he's even trying this, so i just ask him point blank, "Are you dumb or something?"

 

Perhaps this would be a good time to mention that i was not on an exactly stable internet connection. I live close enough to campus to pick up the wireless, but it's always like "very low connectivity" well, just at the point where i decided to question his mental fortitude, the wireless decided to drop down into the "piss-poor to no connectivity range" and now i'm laggin too much to be able to eat that crucial lobster, all the while he keeps wearing me down with 1's, 2's, and then he hits me up for 10 with a water strike. so to summarize, the endevor goes like this: archer show's up, archer is skulled and over 10 levels below me, archer attacks, i say "Are you dumb or something?", i die.

 

As soon as i showed up in lumbridge i logged off in shame.

It seems lag is the true enemy here, not the ranger :|

xDDDDD Something like that happened to me, also in the dark warriors castle, I was fighting a guy that appeared, I decided to give him some advantage, because I was in full black, he was in steel, with steel scim :/

 

When I decided to kill him for good, the lights went off ><

Oh Hell I know exactly what your talking about, when you talk all big and bad then some one that's is absolutly terrible at something beats you.

 

 

 

Happened yesterday, I got koed by a mage with fire strikes right after calling him a noob when I lost conneciton.

this teaches us something, never feel sorry for your enemies!

How can a water strike hit 10? The max hit for fire strike was 8 last time I checked.

one time some guy 15 levels below me starts calling me a noob in the wild. he was 3 iteming of course and i had just gotten ancient magicks. i was also weilding a ddp and full rune. he wanted me to attack him, so i can get skulled. i figured i would, since he is so much lower in comabt than me. well i ice blast, dds spec 4 times, run back and ice blast again. oops. out of runes, i knew that was a bad idea. well he was a pure, so he came over with his dragon scimmy and starting hitting 28's on me. of course, thats why he was wanting me to attack him.

I was a newbie lvl 15 or something on my main, and i was trying to earn some money by dying and selling colorful capes between 20/40 gp (didn't knew that there were ppl buying capes for 500gp or 1k) So, I was walking around with my 800 gp, all the money I had, because my connexion was so bad and when I went to crowded places it always showed me the "Connexion lost, please wait" message so I couldn't store my money at bank. I saw a blue wizard lvl 9 and I attacked him. He started hitting 6's on me so I ran away and then... "Connexion lost"

 

 

 

I reconnected in Lumbridge, with steel plate, legs and kite but my money was gone :cry: :cry:
