Ankou (sp?) - Level 86 (Left half of the skull)

Does scepter have autocast?

Nope... You can 'Divine' it which tells you how many charges it has left and 'Invoke' it teleporting you to Barbarian village :)

When its charges run out do you have any idea were to recharge it?

I don't know yet, I have a feeling you have to try and get a new one though by killing the monsters again... Dont take my word for it though
