Basically the way it works is that there are rooms, and a set of 2 doors one after another that separate the rooms. in the rooms there are large groups of monsters, progressively getting higher level as you go further down into the cave. the doors will allow you into them, like this...

when its like that you have to answer a question to get past the second door. so yeah. room, monsters. door. room, monsters door. rinse, wash and repeat till you get the boots of your choice, and/or the funky new scepter! :wink: 8-)

I went through that whole thign just running around. Its really simple,all you have to do is find the path to the center. I made the easiest 10 k ever there. It gives you 2k on first level, 3k on second, 5 k on 3rd, and then yu have the fighting boots and stuff, no money there, i don't think.

It doesn't matter wich lvl you kill they all drop a part.

I wouldn't reccomend trying to kill monsters here. I don't know why, its just I don't reccomend it. Go after somethign else, like king scorpions, etc.

It's a brilliant training spot, those flesh tearers drop herbs and loads of runes and the auto attack at lvl 35, they're great.

i agree...40 hp, lousy def, and no matter what level you are, they're aggressive :D

 

 

 

zombies can get in the way though, but theres a room in the SE corner with just flesh crawlers

Minotaurs also are good for any low lvl looking to get some arrows, because they drop quite a lot of iron arrows. I get at least 50 in 2 mins.

 

 

 

I have yet to see what'd good about the flesh crawlers though. Even though they have like no health and wimpy defense, I've only ever gotten one drop, which was an uncut ruby.

 

 

 

What do ankous drop?

Coal, Mith ore, mith arrows, rune ess (15), coins ...

What about those catablepons?

bloods and deaths and noted mithril, the monsters I do find are better for members with more runes, herbs and pure ess.
