July 7, 200620 yr there arent programs that create backrounds FOR you, but paint.net, Photoshop and PSP can be used to MAKE backrounds Sigs made by Runemetsa, Nuzza, Dark_Shadow, Kuroi and Me.liquid blobs attacking eachother American Anime... YAY!
