Just want to try something new. megadedhed Posted July 7, 2006 Share Posted July 7, 2006 there arent programs that create backrounds FOR you, but paint.net, Photoshop and PSP can be used to MAKE backrounds Sigs made by Runemetsa, Nuzza, Dark_Shadow, Kuroi and Me.liquid blobs attacking eachother American Anime...
