When I used to get bullied, I gave the mofo's a piece of ma mind :P but then that does tend to make situations worse .. tell someone, it's like the only way (I think) to get out of this.

And what does it matter if she came onto these forums, maybe she wants to talk to peers about it (and hey, i really doubt she knows any of us) and dosent have any friends that will be nice and listen (not saying you have no friends... just no listening ones). Sometimes talking to a stranger around your age can help best (im a hypocrit, yes). And isnt asking her to call those hotlines basicly the same thing?

Hell, if someone tried to run me over, or threw rocks I'd get them locked up faster than they can think. (which, sadly, isn't that fast). Now yeah, i'm 17 so I may take the problem into my own hands, but at that age you need to talk to your parrents, the police, hell a neighbor you know would suffice. The fact of the matter is that you probably SHOULD get adults involved, especially when your situation involves physical harm. I really hope you decide to follow our advice and not leave things the way they are..

Sure there are millions of people in the world with more problems then her, but if one is having a problem, wouldnt you feel like your problem is more important than other's problems? Wouldnt you want to seek help if you felt alone, just so that your problem can be fixed first before you worry about others.

You need to go to a higher authority about this. Be it your parents, school authorities, or the police if it is as serious as you claim.
