Hey, most of you won't know me as I'm not very well known on these forums. Well recently I started playing this game again on my rune pure and when construction came out I thought....ugh another update that will be just something to do in your spare time and a big waste of money. That all changed once I got membership. My friends kept telling me to get a house because they are so much fun and once I fell for it I loved the skill immediately.

 

 

 

Well, the other day I was looking at the construction calculator on Runehq(yes i know go ahead and shoot me but my friend said it was good) and eventually I found a house planner. Now I was messing around with that making the best house I could and eventually I made an astonishing find! I discovered that your dungeon doesn't count as 1 room it is made up of very many.

 

 

 

Now this is my petition, Make the dungeon only count as one room or make a seperate limit of say 30 rooms or something for the dungeon so that people can have bigger dungeon which would equal more fun, more challenging events, and a bigger money drain which it seems Jagex wanted with this skill. Also, I say to let people drain more money and have even bigger houses to brag about I say increase the room limit on the house to 30 or 40.

 

 

 

Now lets make a petition here and see what happens.

Each floor holds as many rooms as you can fit in the space you have.

The problem with having unlimited floors, is that there is only so much space on their servers. We can't really have unlimited floors. Same thing with our bank, and why it never really gets much bigger.

There would be a limit, as many as you could fit in the space given, but not so much a "20 rooms in house leaving 30 yards of nothingness grass patches around it" limit.

jagex have to save all the info so if it was no limit there would be to much

And more than likely in the future, they will upgrade those servers and add more rooms per house. Just like any skill, it'll be upgraded at some point, when Jagex is able to add it into the game without causing problems.

 

 

 

I don't think that they would allow homes 8X8 (maximum limit) with only a 20 room limit if they didn't plan on increasing it at some point.

 

 

 

The skill has only been out for, what, 2 months so far? Give it some time.

im just saying increasing the limit on just the dungeons would be a very useful update

I never ran into a room space problem yet because I am only 47 cosntruction and it seems fine now but I know I won't be able to build a dungeon because of this limit so I support

:lol: 10 bedrooms house. actually bedrooms are kind of useless if u don't have/use servant.

 

there are 18 diffrent rooms (actually 21 if you count dungeon room as 3 types and not 1) but there are rooms u can spare like garden/formal garden, bedrooms, Parlour. just go to my site and look at home design tips for more information.

 

But yeah adding 2-5 rooms to room limit will be very usefull to make big house and huge dungeon.

You have read two topics and you state reading around, this whole community just keeps slumping in General P2P. I don't care what you think because I just tell the truth, I'm not going to kiss some [wagon]. This forum has gone way to soft, it's a shame.

I agree with you in some aspects like he should have searhed. But the search feture on this forum sucks. It brings up every post with POH somewhere in it if you search fro POH Dungeon or something.

 

 

 

You need to sort your attitude out, its a game for fun, a forum for fun stop treating everything so serious.

I really wouldn't worry about the expansion of construction. Jagex didn't make the skill just to leave it as it is. I am sure they have a lot in store for their new skill, as well as updates for the older skills.

there should be at least 50 rooms.
