i never sent a letter but i heard they take awhile glad that starting to speed up though :

canned responses never take that long to answer

I just sent them a message about their good service, another quick reply, not as quick but still better than usual. It said somethign like this: "good luck on the 85 slayer mission and I hope you enjoy the dagannoths." It was from someone else not Mod Shelly... They bother looking at past messages...

yes when my account was locked i tried four times that longest one was 5minutes

Yeah their responses are quick most of the times. Jagex is busy. I'd assume that there is special team that answers PMs than updates the game.

 

 

 

Yes they are helpful. I agree it is annoying to send them PM telling that someone is innocent and get automessage instead of a human response. I mean we are trying to contact humans not robots. #-o

 

 

 

Anyway, yeah it is quick. Not only are they quick they also give good response. \

actually i think the relpy is rather weak. it's waay too long and your specific question is answered very fuzzy. Also the response is written as if they'd love nothing more then to answer your question, although the last line suggests, that they'd prefer if players would use the knowledge base rather then sending in queries.

 

 

 

i really think, you shouldn't send in non vital questions (or some that aren't very burning for that matter). thanking them for their fast response is nice, but takes time for them to read and reply to aswell.

 

 

 

once i worked at a customer support. of course i was nice and all to the callers and of course i didn't mind their questions, but i would have prefered to just sit there and read my book. so of course i tried to answer as quickly as possible.

I know someone who had to wait a month to hear why they were temperarily banned :shock:

since nothing has recently come out (any quest or skills) they dont have to deal with noobs asking them countless questions

Actually they seemed pretty please with my thank you note. It probably took no longer than a few minutes to reply to. The average adult types pretty fast espically if they work somewhere where they need to type many letters.

I'm sure that they wouldn't see the reply back as a waste of time.

 

 

 

It is nice when you are at work to recieve a random compliment now and then. It makes you feel like you are appreciated and normally puts a smile on your face.
