there are so many different theories you really cant be sure until you die and even then u may not know, but hey its nice to have something to talk about.

 

1 thing i really hate is that theory intelligent design, all it is, is another way of saying god created us, i cant believe they are teaching that in schools.

Heh, I have never and will never fully believe in a single religion mostly because I like different parts of what different religions say. Also, I could make a point that would say God did create us, but I won't go there since I don't totally believe it myself.. And I'm pretty sure there's a law against religion in school, but that's where I learned the most about some religions from..

duh everyone knows that when you die you go to heaven or heck (heaven means your next life will be gooe heck means you next life will be bad)

 

 

 

then you wait in a very long line until you get to spin a wheel for what species your get to be then you get to spin the wheel to be a boy or a girl (slim chance to be both :ohnoes: ) then you get teleported right when you come out into the hospital with no memories about your past lives or the wheels

 

 

 

note: the lines are so long it will take years

Idk if it's just me, but is anyone else pissed by all the scripture quoting? I want to read people's beliefs and opinions, not read some gibberish that's so frikkin' vague that there's thousands of ways to interpret it, all of which are probably wrong anyways.

 

 

 

Heaven and hell, as someone stated on this thread, are in a way "fairy tales." Thousands of years ago religious leaders or otherwise wished to of course, spread they're beliefs and values in the world to all the people on Earth. They wanted not only people of their present time to do what they wanted them to do, but people of the future (us) also.

 

 

 

So, in one form or another, each leader created a certain image of "heaven" or "hell". Heaven's purpose was to persuade people to do both good actions and the actions that the leaders wanted them to do through desire of Heaven, desire for eternal happiness for doing what the ancient leader wanted.

 

 

 

Hell serves the same purpose, but rather than getting people to commit actions through desire of joy, it uses fear to get people to do said actions. I know that everyone here has at one point or another in there life commited a good action due to fear of going to hell :wink: .

 

 

 

So, to summarize this, Heaven and Hell are basically bull.

 

 

 

Oh, and as for my beliefs on what happens when we die, I tend to agree with most people on this thread, we enter a form of "nothingness" when we ascend from our mortal bodies.

But I'm gonna say what I think: You die and you go to a long line where you wait your trial to say if you were a nice or a bad guy (purgatory), then you folow one of the two ways:

 

If you BAD -> You go to hell make some public services like cleaning up MasterDevil's mess and his sons rooms dressed like a maid and being humiliated every day for the predetermined perdiod.

 

 

 

If you GOOD -> You go to heaven for sometime to have some virgins, harps, free food, be naked all day long, swim, date some cute angel, chit-chat God, and such, have a king's live.

 

 

 

After that you return to a line where they ask if you want to be revived or not, so you have to options:

 

if YES -> You go back to earth, not remembering anything from your past, but having some deja-vus sometimes that makies you confused, and you live a normal live untill death where you go through the whole process again.

 

 

 

if NO -> you will go to another trial, and they will see if you made well while in Heaven or Hell, and you keep cicyling this all.

 

 

 

I also belive that if you were a woman in the past live, you will resurrect as a man but you might have some homo tendencies, 50%. And vice-versa.

 

 

 

 

 

Duh, I'm kidding..... I dont really know what to belive, I think you stay in the ethernal darkness. its like a GAME OVER.
