August 2, 200619 yr The way i read the update is that they will be structured around existing prayers with three different lvls of increasing power (the 5%, 10%, and 15% stat boosts) I'm bettin they will be f2p because they deal with f2p abilities, just like new crossbows weren't f2p due to the close involvement with the fletching skill.
