After you complete the quest you can read a book called "Managing thy Kingdom for Noobes". It is pretty simple, they even have an article on it in the Knowledge base.

 

 

 

And its always easier to understand something once you've had some experience with it, even the littlest experience with something can bring you to complete understanding.

Been doing this for awhile, since nuke's original topic, on 100 flax 50 maples, its really nice because 1250 flax and 446 maples a day for 75k :)

Are you allowed to put in 75K each day to compensate for the money taken from the coffers as payment? I assume that you can, because you said earlier that the workers took 75K from the coffers everyday for the few weeks. Am i right?

so you spent 1.5m and make 3,897,000gp just from the coal alone, not to mention the massive ammounts of herbs you have there. wow.

 

 

 

after i finish the quest, how does 100% mining and 50% wcing sound? the coal should theoretically double what i payed for the workers and i can burn/fletch the maples.

If you put in 75,000, than 7,500 would be taken.

 

 

 

The reason you hear that 75,000GP is being payed daily is because that's the largest amount RS will take every day. Even if you stored 1.5M, only 75k would be taken. People store mass amounts of cash so they don't have to refill it frequently.

you dont have to check at all, just set it up, put in 750k + # of days multiplied by 75k and leave until the final day, then check it.

Your money is pretty much paid back with herbs alone.

Your approval rating drops 1% exactly every day no matter if you are there or not. You must restore it by mining, fishing, woodcutting, etc. I usually come back when it drops to around 95% or if im ever in rellekka for any particular reason.

I put in 1mil to start with.. then the coffers soon had about 750k in it and i put mor emoney in to make sure i was getting more out of the kingdom. Every 3 or 4 days i would put another 300k in. I didnt put 1.5mil in it to start with because when i put a lesser amount in I had to keep coming back to the island, getting my approval rating back up.

Yep, you got it about right there, and you can take out the spare cash when your done.

I saw an experiment on rs forums awhile ago where the guy raised the approval rating only before collecting and then also doing it another time where he raised it back up every day. He found there was no difference, so I only raise the approval just before I go to collect my maples and coal.

I've just completed both Throne of Miscellania and Royal Trouble. I've put 2500k Cash in the chest, and started collecting the same as you did: 100% Mining / 50% Herbs. I hope I'll get the same result after 21 days :wink:
