Lvl 37, 40 and 43 prayers

Featured Replies

I have been getting my prayer up in the wild.

One day a ranger started attacking me...I turned on the protection from

range prayer on (since my prayer is 41) but he still could hurt me.

My question is...do the lvl 37, 40 and 43 prayers make you invulnerable

so you can't get hurt...or do they just make the opponent get weaker hits?

Thx for your time :D

Please respond

When fighting MOST npc (monsters) if you use prayer they will not hit, But if you in the wild other people can still hit though your prayer.

With Player vs Monster fights these prayers make you invulnarable, with Player vs Player fights they reduce the damage.

It reduces the damage by 40% and decreases their chance to hit you. The barrow's brother Verac is one of the VERY few npcs that can avoid your prayer to some extent. The rest (maybe 2 or 3 max?) are quest bosses if I remember correctly and they are all push-overs, lol.

Anyway, no one would pk any more if protect prayers made you invincible in Player v Player.

No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.

umega ppl would still fight cuz pray runs out \' and even if they have full load of prya pots they will use em up eventully

With the exception of the boss at the end of Haunted mine, who is a nightmare :)

But yeah 43 prayer makes questing incredibly easy. (Although Jagex appear to have noticed this so now new quest bosses are sometimes able to hit through prayer).

its not because he hits through prayer, its because his attack is both melee and magic, and so cant be fully protected.
