August 6, 200619 yr Welcome to my guide to Succesful Dueling at the Duel Arena! Sorry for the Pictures if they are small. Introduction The Duel Arena is one of the most popular Mini-Games in Runescape. Its the Wilderness where you choose who you wish to fight, set the rules and you don't lose your armor! Which is great! The Duel Arena is great to experiment different types of attacks and methods on how to survive in different situations. Then there is staking, a good way to make money and this guide will show you what to do! Enjoy! Getting to the Duel Arena You can get there by using the Ring of dueling. Go through the Toll gate or go throught the Varrock shortcut! Preperations Now you are already to get into some action but you need to prepare! If you want to get the good tough people to fight you you should dress up as a poor person. Here is what I wear to get all the attention! Hope you like it! ^.^ Little do they know, I got this in my inventory! So when it comes to fighting in the arena. I put it on and win! Well most of the times. Also, if you see someone saying "Staking" use the good old Highscores to see their stats and then make your move! The Arena Here is where you choose the opponent! The Bank for many features! The wall for viewing fights! Fighting When in the arena, for this case, I am using a DDS. I had put it on stab which I shoudn't of, I should put it on Strength. Use strength if your meleeing and use the special when you need to, use special always with Dds. If you are ranging, I suggest use Rapid cause you can kill the opponent quickly! If you are Maging, choose the spell and use it always this saves time. EDIT: For some strange reason, it didn;t want to show the picture for Maging, but you get the idea. Sorry guys! Well, that's it! August 6, 200619 yr Hmm it began good, but I expected more. You kinde stoppped where the whole thing had to begin. Okay, we now know how to prepare, but what about the fighting itself. Tactics, etc... One other thing: I would suggest to make a semi-good outfit so people will actually believe it is your best. If you are wearing garbage, it may be a bit too obvious that you got some "good" stuff "behind your back". A Guide to Chinning in Ape atoll: up to 325kxp/h!
August 6, 200619 yr Doesn't seem like this is going to help anyone. I'm not a staker and even I am better than that lol. Rename it "the guide to common sense". [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

The secret in making guides is to make one really intense on the subject and not just overall scratch. That guide started out good but (like was said) ended too quickly, we all know that but what i would like to know more is other setups, skill levelings etc. Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant: "If I live, I will kill you, If I Die, you are forgiven." Such is the Rule of Honor.

August 7, 200619 yr Well if you go to stake somebody with nothing but a weapon, then they'll most probably check all the boxes so you can't put any of that stuff on. This guide won't really help anybody except people who don't know what duelling or staking is, and only then if they want to duel other people who don't know what duelling or staking is. Thanks for trying though, good attempt! It just needs to be more in-depth, maybe with some actual tactics and tips to help you win duels.
