Hmm... = / I'm still trying to remember when the dragon slayer quest came out... it was sometime right before I started playing. :-k

~10 out of 10 cows agree. The greatest Runescape addition was the rubber chicken.

I know that the old original link to the scapeboard forums do not work anymore. The most you'll get is from those Web Archive website thingys (links that Forsaken posted).

Correct me if I am wrong.

I love how on those old forums everyone brags about killing mossies and white knights. There's even a post by andrew himself in one of the topics. Shows how jagex has grown from a simple game company to a multi-million dollar business.

ideas to improve the game:

1: food

fruits to be eaten or put in pies: oranges, apples, lemons, bananas, redberries, peaches, pineapples

addition to pies: cream

vegetables for salads: carrots, peppers, tomatoes, cabbage cut into lettuce

2: monsters

dragons and their 7 ranks:

lv 74: green dragon

lv 80: blue dragon

lv 86: red dragon

lv 92: silver dragon

lv 98: gold dragon

lv 104: black dragon

lv 110: white dragon

3: smithing guild (has been said be4, but here's an improvement to the specs i made)

required: 50 smithing, 55 mining, brown apron

floor 1: ore shop and it's components:

always stocked up: gold, coal, mithirl ore, adamantite ore, runite ore

needs bars to sell: gold bar, mithril bar, adamantite bar, runite bar

floor 2: 3 pickaxe spawn sites, 4 furnaces

floor 3: 3 hammer spawn sites, 6 anvils

basement: 60 coal (this is the key rock ), 20 gold, 20 mithril rocks, 10 adamantite rocks, 10 runite rocks (120 rocks in all)

4: crafting guild

requirements: 35 crafting

floor 1: shop with all crafting supplies needed (chisel, pickaxe, moulds, jug), 3 furnaces, 2 sinks

floor 2: 3 pottery wheels, 3 firing ovens

floor 3: 3 chisel sites, 3 pickaxe sites, 3 of each mould sites, 3 jug sites

basement: 40 gold rocks, 20 clay rocks (60 rocks in all)

5: archery

all ammo have a strength value (adds to the range lvl)

ammo varieties:

arrow (low hit chance)

crossbow bolt (medium hit chance)

daggers in special holster (high hit chance)

ammo types:

wood: adds 0 pts to range damage

bronze: adds 1 pt to range damage

iron: adds 2 pts to range damage

steel: adds 3 points to range damage

mithril: adds 4 pts to range damage

adamantite: adds 5 pts to range damage

for wood ammomaking: use knife

for metal ammomaking: use hammer (will also count towards smithing)

ammomaking: making daggers, arrows, and crossbow bolts.

the better material the ammo is made from, teh more expensive it is (ex. steel is a material)

the better the ammo (by hit chance), the more expensive it is (ex. dagger)

6: prayer

requirements to level up should be reduced to a number equal to the number of hits in range needed for a range level

prayers should last 300% times longer than the lasting rate of now (crucual for multiple prayers activated)

Priceless nostalgia :P
