August 9, 200619 yr 844 days ago. On my very first Runescape character made back in late 2001 or early 2002. RSN: Masterchief ... (long retired) It even had our old Earthlink IP address (do they even exist anymore?). Probably not a record and I have no screenshot to prove it unlike some of you who archive every Runescape moment, but my jaw dropped when I saw that. So have any of you resurrected an old character? Or just signed on for old time sake?

Or just signed on for old time sake? you mean earthlink? it still exists. here in ohio i see around 3 commercials for it a day whats worse is EVERY OTHER FLIPPING WEEK my cable company decides to have "one week only sale", and they play the commercial advertising the service (which i already have) ONCE OR TWICE A COMMERCIAL BREAK! i'm going to have that stupid song stuck in my head longer then the stupid philly cheesey chili dip jingle (lets just say i heard that commercial over 300 times in one day at my grand parents house. my family was temporarily insane thanks to it for a good two days. 72 construction. August 9, 200619 yr riiiight never knew 844 days ago was late 2001/early 2002 :roll: I believe he said that's when he started his character. I logged into my first character that hadn't been touched since early 2002. Unfortunately, I forgot to look at the last time logged on. (I really wanted to see if it counted above 999. :? ) On a side note. Jagex has never deleted accounts from inactiveness. I doubt they ever will. ~10 out of 10 cows agree. The greatest Runescape addition was the rubber chicken. ~Today, we watch Runescape's grass grow. Tomorrow, we watch it's pots boil!
August 9, 200619 yr Author No its about 2 years and 114 days ago. I used to sign in on it to check if it was still active and make sure it wasn't hacked. BTW, sorry about bringing up Earthlink. I guess Bellsouth kicked them outta my neighborhood.

August 9, 200619 yr about 8 months ago i had a char unbanned that was banned on feb 23rd 2002, i was too excited to take a pic or even look at how old it was, i knew there was a bunch of phats waiting for me 485th person to ever play RuneScapeBlue107- perm banned 10/12/2007. $300 USD reward if you can get me in contact with someone who will take 5 seconds to look at evidence and get my original character unbanned.

August 10, 200619 yr yea they never delete inactive account. The other day i logged into one of my really old accounts and it said last login was January 2002.
