i think jagex should put weather into runescape...like rain, snow, thunderstorm,hurricane, tornado 8-) anything like that. and it would also be cool if there was time and seasons in runescape-like it could get dark and stuff...im still workin on it but plz help my by posting ur ideas :XD:

yes, i have some ideas for seasons.... in winter, well there is snow and leaves fall off the trees (obvious) The trees and flowers bloom in spring, heck if I know how summer is gonna be different (errr, greener grass and more..... bugs?). In fall you could have leaves starting to fall off trees with multicoloreed leaves. The runescape year could cycle every month, with each season being a seven days and a half long.

Or we could just.......accept that rs isnt supposed to be real?

Did you know that during christmas in New York, the Austrailan people still go surfing? When its summer in New York, its freezing and Austrailia. So you cant have the same in all the worlds. If you have it different, its too much to remember. Plus it doesnt have much inpact on gameplay.

Yes, in order for this to actually work you'd need runescape time. It wouldn't affect the actual gameplay much, just the senery and that :P

this would be an update like many others on the graphics, it would make the game seem more real like jagex has been trying to do with updating the land and everything else in runescape

No obviously you don't...it wouldn't even be feasable, it would take so much time to figure out, it would slow down the game so much, imagine having all that different information going all at the same time, it's not possible, just don't even go there....

Wheather would be a good ide in my opinion. Obviousley it would require a graphical update and as other said, runescape time. But heck it would be interesting and fun. You could also have ceartain monster that come out in a ceartain season. Something along those lines, you know ceartain features. I would really enjoy it if it did happen.

Smart idea. But then Jagex first have to make a sky, so you can see what weather it is.

Err. There is already Snow up in the Death Platue place. If they can manage that why not be able to manage a sky with stars in it?

 

 

 

Posibilities go on forever. Rain, Snow, Spring, Fall, Certain monsters that come out certain times, Night time, Rs time, Keeps going on. If your going post a thought about this you can't just say "Oh, i want everything on the menu!" You pick one thing and hope that it gets put in.

 

 

 

I forone am very fond of the idea. i wouldn't mind being able to do a complete flip with my camera so I can look up to the sky and see stars.

Weather has occured in some parts of Runescape, and all over the world would be a huge advancement, not to mention how annoying it would be to see rain and snow blocking your view all the time.
