That means lots of less natural resources, when all of them will be gone we couldn't use electricity anymore, so we'll go back to the past centuries, we'll have to left our works and live on the countryside having farms..." or something like this (not sure how I have translated it) so the other one says "well, don't turn on the air conditioner. stop wasting electricity, so we'll go back to the past centuries, we'll have to left our works and live on the countryside having farms..."
