xarronx
i have returned to the off topic forum with some much needed help, today i saw a guy wearing a small material wrist band it said: the key is jesus - jesus is the key, except the word key was a picture of a key. the wrisband was black with white writing. i have searched long and hard to find this most elusive wristband but cant find it anywhere on the net..... i would be very gratefull if anyone could help me in my target in finding the location of these wristbands, thx xarronx Timmy is so good at it that people ask him for help. He Said Excuse me Hell Slayer can I speak to you for a moment, would you like to join a clan called The White Legion? Its your items and to have someone steal it, without hesitation, its just wrong. BlueLancer
Some manufactured goods can't be found easily online, it at all... I found very few results for this, one such being a dutch merchant online that sells these for about just a bit over ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã1 pound (your currency, I assume) http://www.sjalom.com/shop/artikel/212139.html A picture is not supplied though, so don't hold me responsible. 8-) However, given it's supposed rarity I'd give it a shot with that price. From the little I can understand on that site, it's color is blue though..
xarronx
this doesn't sound like the one i saw, i dont read dutch so dont really know what this site is offering, thx for ur input anyways Timmy is so good at it that people ask him for help. Mercifull
Bear in mind that the money spent on that probably isnt going to a charity and was probably made in "3rd world" sweat shops. Certainly not what Jesus would have wanted. Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. caligula101
Yes, I remember at my old school a boy used to sell the bands he bought off ebay. He ofcourse gave none of the money to charity just held onto it. Those things just became a fad, there true meaning doesn't seem to be recognized anymore. xarronx
very true mercifull, to buy this dutch wristband would be immoral, the idea of the wristband is to remind the person wearing the band not to do immoral things like buy this particular wristband....... still need help from you guys Timmy is so good at it that people ask him for help. He Said Excuse me Hell Slayer can I speak to you for a moment, would you like to join a clan called The White Legion? Its your items and to have someone steal it, without hesitation, its just wrong. Mercifull
You dont need to wear a wristband to show your support for your beliefs. Wouldnt it be better spent giving directly to a church related charity? At least that way you know all the money has gone to the right cause rather thah into the hands of businessment taking advantage of you wanting to show your support for Jesus. Thanks for deleting my reply btw Insane, i think youll find my opinion on "support" wrist bands has nothing to do with religion more with the fact that many are made in horrible conditions and only a very small amount if any goes to charities at all. BlueLancer
I'd have to agree with Merc on that one. Really, if you're smart, don't let these companies make money off you by exploiting the "Jesus brand". It costs them a fraction of ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã1 to produce it; It's the 'text' you're paying for. Even if you have just a bit of cash, you can make a small difference, like buying a fair trade product instead of your usual choice and make sure the box of cereals you're consuming wasn't produced by 8 year old children who don't recieve a salary and work 16 hours a day.. They are saying people are taking advantage of your beliefs and charging you money to show them. Do you think this money goes to churches or charity? No. It goes straight to some guys Ferarri fund and he laughs to the bank. Do you think he believes Jesus is the key? No, he believes you are. And you confirm his thoughts. Yet you still buy these things. The popularity of any given religion today depends on the victories of the wars they fought in the past. - Me! You need to realize what you're saying, not him. Tigra, just because this post has the word JESUS in it, does not mean you need to jump down everyone's throats. It's nearly impossible to respect someone like you, when all you know how to do is put other people down. Honestly, grow the hell up. logic-is-overrated
I searched online for you and couldn't find anything. But what you might want to try is see if you have a store in your area that can make wristbands and try to get them to make you one. We have a store in our area that makes customized shirts and other accessories like bracelets, headbands, etc. You might find a store like that or something. This is the way the world ends. Look at this [bleep]ing shit we're in man. Not with a bang, but with a whimper. And with a whimper, I'm splitting, Jack.

Yet you still buy these things. I completely agree, though corporate leaders aren't all that evil. The company making those wrist bands most likely wouldn't mind making the same type of wrist bands with 'Atheism is the only true key' if they got a large order of those. And MPC, if you like carrying out the message that you believe in Jesus, make sure the company isn't one of those I just described. I, for example, don't buy shoes and clothing from certain companies, because I don't like what they're doing to the world. this is what I mean: http://christianjourney.com/christian/wristbands.html http://www.giftscatholic.com/catholic-wristbands.htm http://www.holylandmall.net/bacusiwr.html 'Holy Land Mall'. Right. Jesus and God routing for consuming? Oh and if you're so easily offended by posts of non-believers MPC, try to realise how we are feeling when so many Christians tell us we're fools too? It's exactely the same. Bill Hicks[/url]":dhj2kan9]Since the one thing we can say about fundamental matter is, that it is vibrating. If that ever happens, report the post, please. I think the reason he and other Christians get on your cases for calling us that is because it's rather one-sided. It's exactely the same. I'm not offended by them at all. I just get annoyed when they say the same thing over and over and over. When have we said something to offend you? It's the same concept, I dont see you getting any respect for picking apart someones post. You know what he meant, stop being an idiot. No, it's not the same concept. Making money off of death is nothing like making money off of a religion. Disaster victims don't love it when they are in disasters and get hurt, but Christians love God. I'm sure no one would want a braclet saying "I survived 9/11!". They are nothing alike. Plus there is a dfference between picking apart a post, and insulting someone and calling them names. Seriously, can I make one post without getting called a name? Ghost: I am prejudice towards ignorance, so that would explain why I appear to be so. Viktorkrum77
OMG! I do the same thing. For example, I'll see something on TV I really like, so I'll spend hours on the computer finding it. Like I saw a really cool Fendi blazer on MTV's My Own Joel Madden, I've yet to find it, but I've spent hours trying to do so. Me doing staff.
