September 6, 200619 yr A while ago I noticed that the file names of some images on the Runescape website sometimes contain interesting information, and I have started routinely zooming in on them and examining their Properties. It was in this way that I came across the rather humorous file name of the picture next to the Hallowvale news... (For those of you who can't see the image, just go to the main Runescape website with your Internet browser (not the client), right click the picture, and choose "Save As". ) From what I can interpret, the picture is of a blood-spattered man with what looks almost like a butcher's knife, and it is labeled "Customer_Support_2". Correct me if I'm wrong, but it almost seems like they have a sense of humor about our constant complaining about CS. :D Hmm... I wonder what the Customer_Support_1 picture is of? :-k EDIT: Through the magic of URL manipulation, I discovered that Customer_Support_1 is a picture of the Lumbridge Guide. September 6, 200619 yr Author Darn! I can't believe it never occurred to me that there was a 3. That makes it a little less funny... :( Oh well...I really need to adopt a policy of thinking for 24 hours before I post something... But the butcher picture was hilarious. I thought 3 may be a funnier picture but I guess not.
September 7, 200619 yr What could be funnier than a bucther with blood respenting custmor support. Does it help him at all?Jesus Christ, stop being so suspicious. This is Tip.it for God's sake, not RuneHQ. -_-

September 9, 200619 yr Interresting find! I have read other topics about people that have found out that jagex gives names to their pictures. I find it pretty odd. I would like to know why they gives name to them. Anyone with any theories? Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak
September 9, 200619 yr Those names like customer_support, are the names they give for types of news items, but it seems they've lost it, because this isn't a customer support related news item at all. It used to match though :) Runescape: Lodev (Combat level been fixed at 101 for years now, Total level 1500+, playing since march 2002)Arenascape: Lode (Level 240+ Warlock)
