Ultraviolet just pointless and stupid and needs to be burned.

 

 

 

Hill Have Eyes also very stupid. Who's gonna drive into the middle of the desert just to take a 'shortcut'. Then once there tires get slashed they start acting likes it a party. The daughter acts likes shes taking a tan in a lawn chair. The brother has a pistol and points it at everyone. The guy who was at the gas station blows his head of in the outhouse. :-s Then they end up all dying practically. The guy's wife who gets killed in the camper just got her head like blown to bits by a huge revolver. YET when the husband comes in, she stands up and starts moaning then dies AGAIN..lmao like 3 seconds after. :roll: And the husband who is trying to save his baby goes through more pain/bullets/axes/other weapons to his body than an army could. Don't remember the rest as I tried to forget it all. I became stupid just watching the movie. As I am starting to feel intense pain just talking about it.

 

 

 

Silent Hill was just pointless. Ok the girl draws evil pictures. That takes them on huge quest into Silent Hill. I mean I would give them 20 quest points for there determination. =D> She chases her daugher around the town for awhile then she enters the purgatory where all the demons and evil begins attack them. She then chases her again for awhile. The dad comes and his like" Omg my wife was here! Then the otehr guys tells him to come". Somebody please explain the point of this movie. Seriously...not kidding what was too be learned from this? :? I mean the cop gets strapped to a ladder then gets burned. The mom finally reaches her daughter in which there are like 2 of them. I didn't get how they died. OR if they even did? Also what was up with that lady in the church commanding everyone around telling them the mom was a witch and to burn her? LOL somebody please explain this movie to me? I mean is it just me or does my brain not comprehend [developmentally delayed]ed and pointless movies?

The most pointless movie I have ever seen was Date Movie. It was so friggin stupid. I mean they tried so hard to be funny that it wasn't funny.

I walked out of the theatre during Life Aquatic.

And yes date movie was stupid. It was like the scary movies only SO stupid taht it wasn't funny. If taht makes any sense. :wink:

That makes perfect sense because that's exactly what I thought. The Scary Movie movies are good. I like them. Date Movie sucked though...

 

 

 

@Insane, yeah, my friend went to Life Aquatic with his girlfriend. He said it was the most excrutiatingly boring waste of time he had ever experienced...

I thought Life Aquatic was pretty good :? . I'll agree it is not "action packed" so some people may find it boring. It definently makes up for it with a decent story, good acting and good dialogue. It has the same sort of humour that Wes Anderson's other movies have. Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, and the Royal Tenembaums would probably all be considered a little slow, just because there isn't action every second of the movie. If you like that, maybe try a Michael Bay movie.

Anyone seen Silent Hill? I'm serioulsy still wondering the point of the movie and what was going on it in. :-w

 

 

 

Never seen Life Aquatic, actually never even heard of it. =P~ I went with my friend and his gf and my gf to the movies. We watched the Notebook. Yes people think it is a good movie but i found it boring and my gf got mad at me for trying to fall asleep and for being an 'insensitive piece of ****' as she called me. so I'm learning to put up with my gf's just too keep the 'goal' in mind. :roll:

I remember hearing "oh it's the most disturbing movie ever, blah blah blah". I watched it and wasn't even remotly scared nor disgusted once. Even the "rape" scene was pathetic...

The Benchwarmers. Total. Waste. Of. My. Time. I could make a better film - and I've never made a film, and I probably wouldn't put much effort in. Actually forget that, my duodenum could make a better film.

 

 

 

Eurotrip comes a close second.

 

 

 

National Treasure a close third.

Have you played the game Silient Hill? If you havnt then you most likely would not get the movie since the movie is based on the game.

 

 

 

"Phone Booth"

 

I mean its torture enough to watch Colin Farrel acting but to watch this film is devestating on moral. To get confessions out of someone tie them to a chair and make them watch that movie.

 

The only movie i enjoy of Colin Farrel's is the recruit but after seeing phone booth and Miami Vice i pity his career.

The shooting of this film is really bad in my view. Its always dark so you can hardly ever see anything. Plus Colin Farrel looks like a git with his excuse for facial hair in this movie.

I recently watched a film called The Most Unromantic Man In the World. Which is the result of letting your gf go to Blockbusters unattended. This is quite possibly the worst film I have ever seen it was, frankly shambolic and all the worse for being predictably so. I would heartily recommend it to everyone for two reasons:

 

 

 

1. Misery loves company

 

2. It will instantly improve every other film you see

 

 

 

To add insult to injury my gf forgot to return it and we ended up with a ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã15 fine, this is exactly why I get my rentals from Amazon.

 

 

 

Slightly off topic: I enjoyed Life Aquatic although Royal Tenebaums is still my favorite Wes Anderson film.

Basically any romantic comedy is just UGH. My friends are always insistent that when we go to the cinema we watch another crappy rom com, one of the worst ones i recall was some ashton kutcher one and the girl he was after had a deaf brother... It was so bad I can't even remember the name of it. I remember people asking me what my favourite but of that film was, I responded with "oh yeah that orange advert at the start."

Life Aquatic was excellent, how can you people be saying it was bad? :notalk:

 

 

 

I absolutely HATED the movie 'Solaris', it really had no plot or anything, blech. :wall: The one move that I couldn't stand.

Kung Pow and Napoleon Dynamite. Both awesome movies, but totally stupid and pointless.

Actually, I change my answer. "Versus" is the worst/most pointless movie I've ever seen. Life Aquatic is a close second.
