Wow. Whenever I start to think I've gotten good at pixelling, someone like you or ter or GS makes me feel like my skills are impotent (and yes that's used correctly it's my word of the week!)

 

 

 

I like the shading that you've done with the wing membranes and it looks good and leathery. However (and I can't tell if you've shaded it or not) I'm used to more reptillian looking dragons so the shaded area on the head and neck just don't look scaley enough to me IMHO. Whatever you go with it'll turn out great. And BTW, awesome border.

Looking forward to seeing the scales added, however I think the neck is currently a bit odd. :-s

i havnt added a scaly/leathery 'texture' to the dragon yet.. just shading atm. will go back as soon as ive finished this part, then add scales or whatever. still have to try to fix the neck, though i dont know whats wrong with it/how i can fix it... ive played with it, but cant make it look any better, though i know it looks wrong at the moment... will keep trying with it.

Just make the eath like really far way, giving the effect of being high in the air.

maybe make a active vulcano on the background? or jsut something like dessert? great jopb done on the shading on the rest of the body. i can't wait to see it done :

Anyway, for bg I would add something wildernesslike, rocky waste or the suggestion you mentioned earlier, having him looking at a ruined city.

Jordaton many people produce great pixel works with ms paint, using it is no excuse for a bad pixel. Great progress on teh dragon, the wing shading is great, although the neck still looks abit flat. Mandorath, ure hilarious.

yes i use ms paint... never touched anything else for pixels..
